Impirio has been signed for February's next IUWA show:
Although Impirio was unsuccessful in attaining victory in the exciting Fatal Four-Way Match at "Everything On The Line" with Mark Reconcile, David Tower, and Navy Blue, Impirio still has his sights set on winning as he has issued an open challenge to compete on February 11 to see who is headed towards rising the illustrative ranks of IUWA.

IUWA Women's Title Match: EKW (c) vs. Former ECW/WWF Superstar Jazz
Ms. EKW, the Extreme Kelee Warrior, has been the IUWA Women's Champion for well over a year. She has defeated a variety of challengers including The Great Cheyenne, Melissa Coates, The Wing She Cat Feline Of Violence Demeter, Lady K-Rock, The Glamour Girl Sara Jay, Morgana, and Kristi Kaos.
After EKW scored a controversial forfeit win over Morgana at the end of 2011, EKW received a message from Chi-Town T that a woman from her past wanted one more chance at the championship that matters the most to her. ECW and WWF Superstar Jazz is the lucky woman who will battle EKW for the IUWA Women's Championship on Saturday Night, February 11, 2012.
Jazz was very influential for women's wrestling during her tenure in ECW as she was one of the members of the Impact Players with the likes of Justin Credible and Lance Storm. She eventually went on to break away from the Impact Players to feud, wrestle, and defeat Jason Knight on numerous occasions. Jazz slowly established herself as a dominant force against men and women.
In the WWF, the talent was stacked as Jazz was in the middle of the mix with Ivory, Victoria, Trish Stratus, Molly Holly, Jacqueline, Lita, Mickie James, and Gail Kim. Jazz went on to win the WWF Women's Title two times. Her dominant wrestling techniques, skills, low center of gravity, and no-nonsense attitude made her virtually impossible to stop. Due to injuries and creative control, Jazz departed from the WWF and has been on the independent wrestling circuit intermittently over the past 7 years. She has since gotten married to former WWF performer Rodney Mack, has two children, and has started her own wrestling school.
The EKW vs. Jazz match on February 11, 2012, is not their first meeting. They had an intense battle on July 30, 2011, at IUWA's Best Of The Best. There were nearly two dozen near falls in the match that was back and forth from the moment the bell rang. Jazz hit a belly to back suplex. At that point, a count was administered by the ref since both women crashed on the campus. Before the three count, both women's shoulder's were down, but EKW barely got her left shoulder up according to the referee on record. The referee had no choice but to award the victory to EKW as she retained her title, just barely.
Jazz vows to not make the same mistake twice. What will happen when these two women step into the ring for the second time for the IUWA Women's Title? The first time, Jazz blamed the referee for her loss. This time, Chi-Town T promises a special guest mystery referee. Who will it be? Stay tuned, fans!

Pretty Sure Ryan Storm will not be there, saw the report on the IUWA website saying he requested his release, I guess he's burnt out and injured.....just setting that straight.

The final match that IUWA fans experienced at Everything On The Line 2011 in Hammond, Indiana was the huge and unpredictable IUWA Holiday King Of The Cup Royale. It was a star studded line-up loaded with some of the biggest names in all of the IUWA squaring off for a victory that would have tremendous implications leading into the next year.
Big L Brooks got a great draw and entered as one of the last 10 participants. His size and power were no match for anyone else in the ring. One half of the IUWA Tag Team Champions, Jack McDaniels, went toe-to-toe with the monstrous Brooks until McDaniels body was sent over the top rope and to the floor in a very unforgiving and destructive manner.
Big L Brooks was declared the winner by referee Stix. Big L Brooks raised his arms in victory and vowed that he would be the next IUWA Heavyweight Champion. He gracefully stepped over the top rope and exited directly to the locker room.
However, another body rolled under the bottom rope, Referees Scotty Michaels and Julio Guerrero overruled the original referee Stix's decision. Apparently, one competitor was not legally eliminated from the King Of The Cup Royale since they were eliminated through the middle ropes instead of the top ropes. The mysterious individual rose to their feet and slithered back into the ring with their arms raised high. The winner, and the 2011 Holiday King Of The Cup winner was....The Winged She Cat Feline Of Violence Demeter!?!?!?
Demeter was met in the ring by the Arch Angel Of Anarchy Kevin Ultra and Unstable One Gabe Gotti. Demeter received more than the honor of being the Queen Of The Cup. She has now been awarded a guaranteed title opportunity for her Retribution alliance to use at any time over the next 12 months!
No one has heard from Demeter, Ultra, or Retribution at all since the last show. On February 11, 2012, what will Retribution say and do in light of the most recent current events? Will Demeter cash in on her title opportunity? Will Retribution terrorize the locker room? Will Demeter use the title opportunity to get leverage to ask for others to join Retribution? Will Retribution take control over the entire IUWA? Although they are not currently scheduled to wrestle in a match on the card, it is anyone's guess what will be transpiring on IUWA's first show of 2012 at Gary, Indiana's Boys And Girls Club. Fans, stay tuned here to find out more on IUWA's next live event!

The Marquee Icon Max Holiday vs. Former WCW/WWF/ECW Superstar Mr. Hughes
Mr. Total Protection, Curtis Hughes, stands 6'5'' and now weighs 250 pounds. In the late '80's in the earliest moments of his career, he made a huge impact in World Championship Wrestling as the Big Cat joining forces with the York Foundation, the Rat Pack, and the Darkside. He was also involved in some intriguing battles against the Skyscrapers including Big Mark Callous, better known now as the Undertaker.
His feud with the Undertaker continued in the WWF in the early 90's as Hughes was successful in beating down the Undertaker, taking his urn, and physically dominating him for some time.
Mr. Hughes went on to be the bodyguard of former ECW Champion Shane Douglas in the early years of Extreme Championship Wrestling to make sure that Douglas kept the title at all costs. Hughes has been bodyguard for HHH and Chris Jericho in the late 90's, and he was very effective and dominant.
Mr. Hughes over the past decade has dedicated himself to a healthier lifestyle and is in the best shape of his life losing well over 60 pounds. He is now one of the head trainers at an Atlanta based independent wrestling school that has shows that are televised locally in that area.
2011 was a solid year for Hollywood Icons Marquee member Max Holiday. Being led by the Sexiest Manager That Has Ever Existed On The Planet Of Earth Joey Roth and with the support of fellow Icon members, Max Holiday scored several title reigns. The 6'3'', 270 pound, Holiday, recently lost his IUWA Western States Championship in a Triple Threat Match at Everything On The Line 2011 when Temple Rain was pinned by Rage. Holiday would like to get his revenge by eventually taking on Rage one more time for the IUWA Heavyweight Championship, but he now has a huge roadblock in his way.
For Max Holiday to get a title shot, he must go through the biggest obstacle that he has ever faced. It's one-on-one, Saturday Night, February 11, 2012, at the Gary, Indiana Boys And Girls Club as Max Holiday squares off against Mr. Hughes. Who will be victorious? Who will start off 2012 with all the momentum? It might start getting colder outside, but in IUWA, things are heating up!!!

Vaudeville Serpent Temple Rain vs. Former FCW Superstar Navy Blue
Navy Blue had an 8 month run in Florida Championship Wrestling under the name Desean Bishop which included the later part of 2010 through more than half of 2011. He stands at 6'7'' and weighs 248 pounds. He got his beginnings wrestling through the independents over the past few years until he was given tryout matches in TNA Impact Wrestling as well as WWE. Navy Blue has everything that it takes to make it in the business including charisma, size, looks, and attitude. Like several others that preceded him, Navy Blue was released by FCW since he was just barely a half of a step behind his counterparts. However, he was guaranteed that WWE would continue to watch him closely as he progresses and improves with every match. Navy Blue at Everything On The Line 2011 won an awesome four-way contest which included the likes of the returning Mark Reconcile, IUWA new-comer Incognito, and the One And Only Infamous David Tower. Although he has his eyes set on Heavyweight gold, Navy Blue is climbing the ranks of IUWA one rung at a time, and he realizes that each challenge, whether ending in wins or losses, is going to build his chances to improve each time out.
The Vaudeville Serpent Temple Rain had a very impressive run in 2011. Throughout more than half of the year, Temple Rain was challenging or reigning as the IUWA Western States Champion. At the Halloween King Of The Cup Royal last year at the Halloween Show, Temple Rain defeated over 30 other Megastars from the number 1 spot to earn an automatic title shot against Rage. Despite Temple Rain's two title opportunities that were controversially squandered away, Temple Rain knows that he needs this win much more at this point of his career than anyone else in IUWA right now.
There are several intangibles that exist going into this match. Temple Rain finds comfort in having the Bosnian Bombshell Sanela at his side in addition to having one of his real living snakes slithering around at ring side. Temple Rain's unpredictable demeanor, innovative offense, and distinct nonverbal manipulation through mammal means could prove to be something that Navy Blue is not mentally or physically prepared for. How will Temple Rain handle being in the ring with the incredible strength, size, agility, and big time experience that Navy Blue has successfully accumulated through hard work and determination? The Heavyweight Division in IUWA is as stacked as ever before where as many as 15-20 240+ pound performers are all scratching and drooling at the possibilities of getting their hands on the title. What will happen on Saturday Night, February 11, 2012, at Gary, Indiana's historic event at the Boys And Girls Club? The event is entitled Wreckless Warfare for a reason! Who is the most wreckless of them all???

A raffle is also scheduled to take place for a piece of comfy furniture! This has to be the strangest raffle giveaway I have ever heard of. I am scared to know what the thing looks like.

The furniture is actually the Chair of our CEO, it is in very very nice condition. Ryan Storm has other plans in mind which is fine, he couldn't hold up his end of the bargain being a part of Thunder Struck. Demeter wins our King of the Cup, the next time she decides to put her hands on the Tag Team Champion I will forget my manners and hit a woman, oh wait she is a animal, so it would be animal abuse. Either way she needs to stay out of my way. Frat Boys...well you all know what happened in October.

IUWA Tag Team Title Match: Moon Dawgs (c) vs. Detective Mike Lowery & White Lightning -- The Frat Boys
After taking some time away from sports entertainment, 2011 saw the return of Moon Dawg member Bryen Knight to the wrestling business. He came back smarter, stronger, meaner, and more vicious than ever before. When he returned, he added someone new to his side. This man was just as evil and sinister as himself with a deranged attitude and a maniacal streak that would send most people running for cover. Jack McDaniels entered IUWA along with Bryen Knight to pursue one target and one goal: win the IUWA Tag Team Championships.
In the middle 2011, the Moon Dawgs acquired the managerial services of Destiny. Don't let the smooth long sexy legs fool you, she is not the type of girl who likes to play fun and games. She is all about keeping her eyes on the prize. She trained Daniels and Knight to seek and destroy first before eating. When a savage has not eaten and is starving, they will do anything to get fed. Destiny brought luck and focus to the Moon Dawgs as they were a team that developed momentum one victory at a time.
The major issue surrounding the Moon Dawgs is not their hardcore style, look, or demeanor. It's about how they have achieved some of their most impressive victories. To earn a tag team title shot, the Moon Dawgs scored a countout victory on the Zulu Nation on the last Gary, Indiana event on a very questionable reverse decision. Knight barely got into the ring before Mustafa to break the referee's 10 count to score the victory for their team despite another referee claiming that the count was not valid.
At the end of 2011, the Moon Dawgs were in a heated feud with the Hollywood Icons that eventually resulted in a Hammond Street Fight at a benefit show. The Moon Dawgs won the tag titles with seconds to spare in the time limit when BPB was distracted by the warm embrace of Destiny while Jeff Troy was rolled up and disoriented by Bryen Knight.
The Frat Boyz alliance includes some of the very best talent in the entire IUWA roster including Justa Mazing, Chris Maqehano, Mike Lowery, and White Lightning. Initially, Lightning and Lowery competed in IUWA as singles competitors. Eventually, they realized that the competition had more experience and were bending the rules too often to claim victories. On a whim, Lowery and Lightning formed an alliance that has swept through towns such as Blue Island, IL, Gary, IN, and Hammond, IN. After accumulating successful tag team victories, they were confronted by another team with tremendous advantages in the Moon Dawgs.
In September and October of 2011, the Moon Dawgs feud with the Frat Boyz Lowery and Lightning took a very dangerous turn. In one match, the Moon Dawgs claimed victory when Lightning was bloodied and brutalized as a result of getting hit over the head by a solid steal dog dish. Mike Lowery was also brutalized in that encounter suffering lacerations to his arm that required medical attention. The headaches, injuries, and medical treatment all sent the Frat Boyz into a flurry of destruction as they defeated the Moon Dawgs in separate singles bouts at the Halloween show as well as defeated the Fallen in recent events. Despite these wins, the Frat Boyz have not forgotten about the torture and torment that their bodies went through against the Moon Dawgs
This all leads to the beginning of 2012 which will see the rebirth of a feud that has not ended yet featuring two teams with totally different backgrounds but have one common entity that they are pursuing. On Saturday Night, February 11, 2012, at the Gary Indiana Boys And Girls Club, Wreckless Warfare will transpire as the Tag Team Champions, The Moon Dawgs, square off against the Frat Boyz, White Lightning and Detective Mike Lowery. One team will reign supreme while the other might be licking their wounds. Who will survive???
