So is this like MSPW revisited? Or a takeoff on Kaiju Big Battle? Or both?

happy to see a show at the Wire finally.
With that being said, it's your first show. Don't you think $15-$20 is a little too much? I live a town away and I'd be there in a heartbeat if it was $10 GA (I went to a rap show there a year ago, maybe 50 or so people and they only wanted $10 to get in).
A few feds started this annoying trend years ago and it just sucks the bottom line price for sometimes bottom line entertainment has to start at $15. There's a ton of feds in the area guilty of it, only one has really grown after implementing the strategy and it's taken them about 13 years and there's still tons of room for improvement.
Not trying to hate, just trying to get a little understanding.

I would argue wrestling shows should cost more. Fifteen bucks to get in, drink and watch some damn good wrestling is a deal. I think wrestling under sold itself for quite a while. Also, last time we ran, tickets were $20 for front row. Come out, man. You'll enjoy it.

This is the reason I don't go to many shows around here. 10 bucks for pretty much any show is fine. 15 bucks, you should be bringing someone with a name and 20 bucks for someone with a name and a good roster. Think about it guys. For 15-20 bucks I could've gone to NXT Takeover a couple months ago but you want me to pay the same for these guys?

Are wrestling fans really this cheap? You do realize an entire roster of wrestlers need to get paid! They are breaking their bodies for our entertainment, you want them to work for peanuts? Read the post I made above.

For 20 bucks at a WWE show you are sitting in nose bleed sections, with little to no wrestler interaction. WWE isn't even wrestling, they aren't allowed to say the word wrestling on their stupid shows. I wouldn't give those assholes 1 dollar to see any of their over produced b*llsh*t! You are not going to get the entertainment value you get from indy wrestling anywhere else bro!!!! This event is over 21 also, not like the WWE PG kids crap I guarantee you get your moneys worth! Nosebleeds? The All State is way to small to have any nosebleeds. I don't have a need to interact with Pat Monix and a bunch of other random dudes. And if you still think the "PG Era" is going on, you obviously haven't been watching. This is a stale view. However, that being said, I still like going to Indie shows and everything but more then 10 bucks for this show and most shows in the area with a bunch of local no names is too much.

Man if 5 bucks is going to break you, maybe you should worry more about things like where your next meal is going to be coming from instead of how much local wrestling shows are charging, BOOOM~! I'm gonna try to hit this show after the House of Hardcore, if it's not too late by then I wish this wasn't the same day.... No it's not going to break me. I just don't think watching a bunch of guys playing wrestler is worth 15 bucks. Thanks for the personal insult though, I appreciate it. It's also the same night as Mayweather-McGregor. Good luck with that.

If this league is anything like MSPW, you will be missing out by not attending! MSPW shows were always well run, always made sense and they always delivered, unlike most anything WWEvil puts out and certainly better than a freak show boxing match! The stars you see on Indy wrestling become the watered down handicapped boring versions you get in the WWE, its better to see them before they get hamstringed! MSPW had Silas Young and Prince Ali both, today's Kylie Rae is tomorrow's Bayley! That's the thing, none of the people you named are booked. And Barry Ryte isn't getting a deal anytime soon. Yeah, that "freak show" boxing match featuring the greatest boxer of all-time and one of the greatest mixed martial arts fighters ever is gonna probably do 4-5 million buys but it has no comparison to the skill level of guys named Chandler McClure and Barry Ryte. If you go, I hope you enjoy it with your 17 buddies from the center. I'll be saving my money for another show with a decent roster or another 10 bucks shitshow and "my next meal" DIVE.

yeah the 5 isn't gonna break me either, but like you said, that is a meal and a drink and a swisher for the night which to me > a show with no real draw. im all about having fun at a show but half the draw is a good price, the rest is the roster to me. i can have an amazing beer and smoke at the house and watch and old show for next to nothing. I legit havent seen a great show around here in a few years anyway, there's been some fun ones but for the price, the best shows i saw were close to ten+ years ago and for so much less than GA today.
i wonder if wrestlers get paid more today, since the price of the shows is much more than in previous years. maybe the shows should cost more like the kaiju guy says, i don't know 100 behind what goes into them, as a business student though i have a decent grasp at what it does cost and a grasp about what negotiation is.
id rather go to an indy show compared to WWE if that factors in here at all, the last amazing show i saw at the allstate arena was Yeezus christ himself, Kanye West and no wrestling show in the next ten years will get the type of pop he did in that building.

Ah I've missed this board... Let's see, Kylie Rae, already been Booker T's champion twice and will be signed within two years. Pat Monix, one of the best younger guys in the area who just worked at The Monster Factory last weekend. Eric Priest who was the top guy in the scene before getting hurt and also worked for New York. Barry had a job with new York for 6 months. The n words. Really? I have to tell you who these guys are? I mean we could go three pcw route and pay everyone 10 bucks, but this is professional wrestling. If you view it as not worth your time, cool, but at least know who you're talking about.

Booker T's Fed is terrible. Pat Monix sucks. Eric Priest was good back in 2007. Barry Ryte did a job to Ryback, wow. The N words are cool as in "local indy guy cool" I do know what I am talking about and I am telling you that the talent roster you have is not worth 15-20 bucks. Now if you booked a guy like Bob Holly it would be. I hope your show does well. Good luck.

Ok I'm officially creeped out now, I guess trolls need to be burned at the stake to finally be defeated, simple logic just isn't enough. Maybe you should just book this troll, I would pay extra to see DDS vs free Willie the internet perp! Gonna have to pay me some dough to lay down for Diamond Dallas sh*t brother. Book Jack Miles instead. He'll probably be there anyway.
