I called the closure of Dreamwave, just like i called the leaving of AAW. AAW failed in the Quad Cities and failed in Pontiac and anyone remember the AAW branch of version? oh yea that failed too.

AAW actually draws REALLY well in LaSalle. Probably 4x what your brothers Wicked fed drew. The new building owner does not want wrestling so try again buttercup.

The difference between me and you is that i realize I'm not part of the wrestling business, never was - never will be, whereas you goofs think the shitshows you are attached to are even in the same business as any of the shows advertised kn this site.

Sure, AAW has tried running in:
LaSalle Quad Cities Pontiac Highwood Austin, TX Matches on Wrestlemania weekend.
Yes, other than LaSalle, they haven't found a regular home outside Chicago/Berwyn. But when you see many other feds out there, how many can you say have run this many towns?

Yes, and credit to them. Not everyone expands like that willingly, though.
In IWA's case, while there was intentional expansion, they've had to run multiple places because they were kicked out of their buildings.

They'd be staying in LaSalle if they didn't spend over 10K on each event without any sponsors without doing their research to find out the Median Household Income of LaSalle can't support their high ticket prices. Yes there are the issues with the venue going on too, but Dreamwave knew what would work for the area. In 2 years AAW has done nothing for local growth, and now almost 2 years to the day of the closure of Dreamwave AAW is leaving LaSalle, it's truly sad. AAW does well in LaSalle they sellout the venue, but their overspending means they aren't making enough to cover their expenses and when that happens you have to leave the area or cut costs. AAW wasn't willing to cut costs, so they are leaving LaSalle.

Nope. If you read the press release, the building is being run by a new person who no longer wants wrestling in the building. The LaSalle shows aren't like the Chicago shows as far as the number of 'fly in' talent. Even if they did have a 10k payroll for shows they would still be running in the green if you look at prices they charge with an average of $40 a ticket and the size crowds they draw plus dvd/vod sales after. For somebody with so much ' time in the bidness' tou really don't understand basic economics perhaps that's why every show you've been a part of draws little to no crowd and therefore no profit, perhaps that's why you have the reputation of 'not paying' the boys. They seem to be doing something right as they've lasted this long with a bit of a national presence and aren't known for cancelling shows or not paying performers, like you. In fact, they run more shows a month they you have run profitable shows in your entire 'career'.
