Machine is unable to make the 2/9 Lincoln (IL) College show, so we at Powerhouse found Rudo Cortez a substitute opponent: 1/2 of American History Next - Hardcore Craig!

That TBA is one tough guy! My favorite TBA story--and it is totally true. Back in the late 90's Mike Bonomo ran a couple of shows at an indoor soccer facility in Merrillville, Indiana. On the program for the first show, one tag team was listed as we'll say, C. M. Punk and TBA. They and the other team never really were introduced to the crowd during the show because the action started before the announcer could name the teams, so folks didn't know who TBA was (Ace Steele). The next show Steele comes out and people are chanting "TBA, TBA, TBA." I actually think that some fans thought that was his wrestling name. Starman has spoken.

Ok before anything else is said. I come in peace and I like Davey Richards. Don't get me wrong BUT!! Will the use of a ROH\Smart mark favorite in Lincoln,Illinois really add enuff fans to pay for him. Just a thought I ain't trying to start no sh*t but just a thought I had.

Good point, but I figure that's Dr. Tim and Tobi's concern, not mine. To be honest, I don't even know the guy, but if the weather is o.k., I'm going to make the three hour trip just to see the Powerhouse group. Seeing a ROH champ is an added bonus. I can't wait to see Tobi get his butt kicked! Starman has spoken.

I also am attending this event. This will be my first Powerhouse show. I've heard nothing but good things about there shows. Thats mostly because Tobi has nothing to do at work and all he does is email me all day.
This card looks as solid as it gets. Is it wrong for me to pray that Tobi bleeds a little bit on this day?
Insert Tough Enough joke here............

My first Powerhouse show was in 2000. I usually have a great time at their productions. I hope that you enjoy your first show and come to many more events.

I completely understand your statement and why you made it. But don't fret, this wasn't a foolish business decision made on our part. We're interested in seeing how the "old school" fans will take to Davey's style. I think it will be a dose of something different and we try and do just that - give people a little bit of everything. I explained our crowd to Davey and how it's about as opposite to a ROH crowd as you can get. He was glad to hear it and took it as a challenge so they will remember who he is (this won't be Davey's only Powerhouse appearance).

Yo, I go to Powerhouse shows and adding an ROH guy is much appreciated although someone who is more of a personality would be preferred. El Generico, Delirious, etc. I know most of the casual fans (as in people who were willing to attend an indy show, but don't ever watch wrestling on TV) that I've talked to remember the gimmicks more than anything.
