Looks like hidaka may be out as well, according to Meltzer:
--Ikuto Hidaka has pulled out of his June U.S. tour due to a family illness. He said he would come to the U.S. later this year. Blue Meanie will replace him for 3K on 6/2 in Maple Shade, NJ at Laurel Lanes and Brewsters Pub. Ricky Reyes faces Lince Dorado on that show headlined by Ricky Landell & King Kaluha vs. Kid America & Steve Corino.

it says june US tour. the show is on may 31st. technically he could still be there Since the AAW show and afterparty go past midnight, that means it will be June soon after the show. So I'm not holding my breath. I just wish AAW would let us know.

I am not so worried about Hidaka coming or not..
1) AAW putting on a 1 night tournament with 8 stand out wrestlers = awesome! 2) AAW Tag Title - Northstar Express with Eastman vs Murder City Machine Guns
That is a great show! I plan on being there along with the rest of the RR guys. I even got my bearded little brother to come.

They probably don't know one way or the other. My guess is that we'll get an announcement as soon as they can find a suitable replacement.

Kenzo would tower over the entire AAW roster. Except for Boz, of coarse.

This Saturday the road to AAW "Scars and Stripes IV" continues at the Berwyn Eagles Club as we present "Fate of Eight". The show will feature a one night, eight man single elimination tournament with high stakes. The winner will recieve an AAW Heavyweight title match at any show of their choosing. Also on the card is one of the most highly anticipated Tag Team Title matches in recent memory. Let's take a closer look at the card. AAW TAG TEAM TITLESTHE NORTHSTAR EXPRESS w/ Joey Eastman (c) Ryan Cruz and Darin Corbinvs THE MOTOR CITY MACHINE GUNS Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin Back in January the Northstar Express shocked everyone when they won the AAW tag team titles from the Machine Guns (in a match that also involved The Phoenix Twins) thanks to interference from Joey Eastman and a low blow by Darin Corbin. Up until that time the Machine Guns had been the most dominant tag champs in AAW history. Last month Sabin and Shelley returned to AAW and scored a victory in a hard fought match against Adrenaline Overdose. The NSE however is coming off of a lose in a non title match against long time rivals, Tweek and Dash Phoenix. Now these two teams finally square off two on two and the Machine Guns are looking to get the belts back and pick up where they left off last year on top of the AAW Tag Team division. Joey Eastman says his men are in the best shape of their careers and they are ready for Sabin and Shelley. Expect another top notch AAW Tag Team title match this Saturday night in Berwyn. FATE OF EIGHT TOURNAMENT- WINNER GETS AN AAW HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE SHOT AT ANY FUTURE SHOW*Ikuto Hidaka will not be in the tournament this Saturday due to a serious illness in his family. We wish his family the best.1ST ROUND MATCH SILAS YOUNGvs EGOTISTICO FANTASTICOA match up between two of the premier athletes on the AAW roster. Silas Young has had an incredible year thus far and Ego has been impressive since his return, coming within a hair of winning the Heritage Title from Jimmy Jacobs last month. A tough first round match for both men as the winner will have to wrestle again later in the night. 1ST ROUND MATCH"The Anarchist" ARIK CANNONvs KROTCH w/ Nikki These two men have had issues the past few months and now meet one on one in the first round. A Glimmering Warlock from Cannon knocked Krotch out of action with a concussion and now he is back for revenge. Krotch comes into the tournament as a big underdog but he has overcome the odds before. Cannon should not take him lightly. 1ST ROUND MATCHRYAN BOZvs ZACH GOWENBoz has been on a path of destruction in recent months and is looking to dominate in this tournament. Zach Gowen is a fan favorite and has shown incredible heart in the past. He will need to lay it all on the line if he wants to get by Boz and get a shot at the title. 1ST ROUND MATCHJOSH ABERCROMBIEvs "The Miracle Man" CHANDLER MCCLUREA first time meeting between these two stars as they battle to advance in the tournament. Abercrombie is desperate to get back on track and has a golden opportunity to do just that Saturday night. The "Miracle Man" has guaranteed victory in the tournament and claims he will cap off his incredible comeback by winning the tournament and the AAW Heavyweight title. ALSO APPEARING:ERIC PRIESTTRIK DAVISDANNY DANIELSTHE PHOENIX TWINSADRENALINE OVERDOSE- Shane Hollister and Bryce Benjamin DAN LAWRENCEAll this and much more as the road to Scars and Stripes IV on July 12th continues. Don't miss "Fate of Eight" this Saturday and see first hand why AAW is......
