In Negotiations with Streator C.A.R.E both parties have decided to postpone this date to a later time, more details to follow by the end of the week. Like

I'm a cheap harlet. I was going to say $5 but I'll take $20. That's almost enough for a crack rock

Big D- I think that was the show that the boys took over the book and made the show presentable.
Phoenix- Unfortunately, things were not different, therefor I think the boys should sit at home and not let this kid play Vince McMahon for a night. Dave is absolutely correct that the boys who work this show should be held responsible for working it. As far as Streator not drawing, Dave Cavazos brought me in last May and did like 700 people in Streator, so I think that statement is a bit silly.

He is trying to run shows in an area that doesn't draw, but nonetheless he is still trying to run shows, so why bash on him for it. If you don't like that is fine, but why do it. Do you think it makes you feel any better than the next guy. Be honest Joey. He is trying to draw in an area that doesn't draw. That means he and you are f**k**g marks for putting money into a product that won't draw. At least Ed saw an investment of booking Sheik, me, Rashee, Keith, and the NWA guys to showcase to other promoters to get the product over and get his guys work. And yes Kevin, it does make me feel better that I will be honest with myself and lose $75 by not allowing this kid to take advantage of other guys. I do feel better about being true to my convictions and not feeding to the thought that anyone that wants to run a show should be able to run a show. Hope that answers your questions.

Eddie was strong in his convictions with the NWA. He was strong in his convictions with The Sheik and I. He wanted us everywhere so people could see the package deal that we were taking around the country at the time.
When Ed told me that he was going to have this kid run under him, I threw up every objection, but at the end of the day, Ed wanted to do it. I back Eddie just as much as he backed me. I would have done anything he ever told me to do (and I do, blindly). I think after the show where Sheik work the Chief Eddie was done, but now he had to stay married to the kid because he was invested a lot of money and he wanted it back.

So, Ed paid out a show for the kid, and then you paid out a show for the kid.
Doesn't that say anything to you?
