It was good to see old friends such as Mike DuPree who I hadn't seen since 2004 and was kind enough to bring the WWA Tag Belts and Richard Vicek who was selling his Bruiser biography.
Jimmy Valiant was there as was Greg Valentine, Paul Christy, and Bunny Love. We all missed Milt Pappas and held a nice memorial tribute to him, RIP. You never know when we will get the opportunity to meet up with these wrestlers and fans as well ever again.
The event benefited The Alicia's House Food Pantry, The PakT Karate Team, and The Holy Name Parish Youth Group.
Please forgive my spelling of the names of the wrestlers: Bull Bronson beat Kyle THE PYTHON Pfefer Blake Steele beat Da Cobra Harker Dirge beat Jason V. Mark Magnum beat The Dream Daniel Winchester The Lucha Tag Team match was a draw Kyle Alexander managed by Greg Valentine successfully defended Mr. Karate Jr's Championship belt against Sgt. Ledbetter with Jimmy Valiant as the special guest referee.

One week away!
I'm sure that they will be doing something to honor the memory of Milt Pappas who was a big supporter of the Alicia's House Food Pantry.

It's a bit of a drive but the special appearances caught my attention. You never know when we will see some of these guys again. Good point Gene. Rest in Peace Milt Pappas.

The C2E2 site says the following have been cancelled: Johnny Mundo, Rey Misterio Jr., Matt Striker.
I didn't know they were signed to begin with let alone cancelled, lol.

To clarify, this is a not-for-profit show run by The National Wrestling Hall of Fame Dan Gable Museum? I doubt that the wrestling show plans to run it as a not-for profit event, but I'm confused as to who considers a 300 mile away show to be local to Chicago?

Thanks very much for the updates Jessi.
For those who have never gone to an ROH show, you should give it a try. Their matches are very good.
