Because that's how he's booked the titles, I have dropped OSWA in the roll call of champions. The titles will never gain credibility if that's how they're going to do it.

I suggest anyone who likes REAL professional wrestling who actually think the titles should be defended by the people who won them and not just w/e yard tard douchebag happens to be at the show to STOP paying any kind of attention to OSWA/WPPF/any show run by Brian"Big Daddy" Garret.

the 2 times i had worked for oswa (or the newly crowned wppf)i got the promised pay designated. I got to meet some cool people and some even cooler legends. I had alot of fun and got to do what i love to do. If you guys have some problems then take action! When I was younger and had promoters f**k me the way you guys are claiming(granted its a claim and i am not takisides) i did crap thinking it could hurt me....... screw that! Either tell them they owe you the money promised or take it by any means necessary! (no Nation of Domination joke at all) and if your smaller than the promoter or his friends then hit the gym! or carry a glock.
either way you should get the money promised for the job you do!

I got paid fairly. I'm not complaining. Why do I know the name Johnny Wisdom? Is this a young kid that happened to change his name recently?? He's also been known to come to AAW sometimes as a student but not so much lately. |

A lot of people haven't gotten paid by the promoter. It's why he's lost a lot of his roster.

Would it really matter? Point of the matter is simple, a lot of his roster are unhappy with the excuses they'd get.
I'm not trying to knock the guy's promotion or anything, I just know that when you drive 4 hours to a show, you should get paid SOMETHING for the drive. A lot of guys don't ask for much, just for their gas to be covered one way and only one way. Obviously this wasn't happening.

There were some problems with 2 shows after the split in management, but before those 2 shows and after those 2 shows I have been paid.

Then why do people keep leaving the roster if everyone's getting paid? Doesn't seem to make a lick of sense if you ask me.

i cant speak for others, but i left the roster because my job needs more more often, so i only have (if im lucky) 2 saturdays a month free
so i cant take as many bookings anymore, and they are the farthest from home.

I left the roster because it was getting where I couldn't trust him to have my pay because he wasn't promoting his shows very well. Im not driving 4 hours away when the past few shows more then 3/4 of the roster(including bob orton) left without their pay.
