Elite Pro Wrestling will be making our debut in the city of Chicago on Friday, September 19 thanks to the help of War Pro Wrestling.
MAIN EVENT
FLAG MATCH
Team Taliban, Mustafa Ali and Jake O'Neill along with their mysterious manager, have challenged ElitePro World TV Champion Brandon Thomaselli and IWA World Light Heavyweight Champion Jason Hades to a "Flag Match".
This "Flag Match" will be a one-fall, no time limit match. If Thomaselli and Hades win, Team Taliban has to watch as they wave the American Flag. Should Team Taliban win, Thomaselli and Hades must watch as they burn the American Flag.
Below is a video chronicaling the feud between these four men and includes the first-ever interview with Team Taliban's mysterious manager.
The ElitePro Office was contacted late last week by former WWF superstar The Patriot. The Patriot told officials that while at his home in Washington, D.C., he was surfing the internet and came across the hype video for the Sept. 19 "Flag Match" in Chicago. The Patriot said he was so outraged by the comments of Team Taliban's mysterious manager that he felt compelled to offer his services to be in the corner of Brandon Thomaselli and Jason Hades at GOOD vs. EVIL. He claims that he will make sure that Team Taliban's manager will not interfere in the match.
This puts a whole new twist on the already HUGE "Flag Match" between Mustafa Ali and Jake O'Neill of Team Taliban and Thomaselli and Hades. Do not miss this event!
Vito Thomaselli had it worked into the fine print of the contract for his match against his brother Sal, that should he be victorious, he would receive a ElitePro Championship title shot. So with Vito's victory at Haze of Insanity, that sets up the semi-main event of GOOD vs EVIL as Corporal Robinson was more than happy to grant Vito his title shot right away.
Team W.A.R. will look to get a measure of revenge when they take on the team of Jay & Mark Jensen. Though the ElitePro officials wanted to give Team W.A.R. a rematch for the tag team titles, Michael Elgin informed them that he would be unable to make the trip from Canada for Sept. 19.
Should Martin Jones survive Brandon Thomaselli at "Haze of Insanity" in August, he will once again stand across the ring from a more than worthy adversary.
This time, it will be the reigning CZW World Heavyweight Champion and former Tournament of Death winner "The Psycho Shooter" Drake Younger. Not only is Younger an accomplished hardcore wrestler, he has also shown an incredible ability to stand toe-to-toe with anyone in the wrestling business in any wrestling style.
The tests get no easier for young Martin Jones.
"The New Horror" Sami Callihan has been making a name for himself across the independent wrestling scene, making waves in promotions like IWA MidSouth, CHIKARA and CZW. So when he contacted the ElitePro officials and demanded that he be allowed to show his stuff to the ElitePro fans, it didn't take long for them to accept.
Callihan considers himself proficient in the hard-hitting Japanese style of wrestling. So to test his merits, the ElitePro officials decided to pit him against one of the hardest hitting men on the ElitePro roster in Sal Thomaselli.
Though he is embroiled in a feud with his older brother Vito, Sal quickly accepted the match and stated that he was eager to seize an opportunity to show that he's a singles star.
Since C-Red and The Soul Touchaz arrived in ElitePro, manager extraordinare C-Red has told officials that if necessary he would put on his wrestling boots and get in the ring and compete. The ElitePro officials were obviously skeptical.
When Acid Jaz went on the injured list, C-Red once again offered his services only to have the ElitePro officials decline his request.
Not 15 minutes after the announcement of the Chicago debut, the office phonelines were lit up by C-Red as he demanded that if ElitePro was coming to his stomping grounds that he get a chance to show he can wrestle. The ElitePro office finally relented but only under the condition that it be a tag match. Red said that Marshe Rockett would be available and would be his partner. A contract was written up and the search for opponents was on.
Kimberly Kash was one of the first people contacted with all the talent she has under contract. When she heard that C-Red wanted to try his hand at wrestling, she laughed out loud and asked if the person from the office was joking. When she was assured that it was a valid contract, Kash said she was so confident in Red's lack of wrestling ability that she said she was going to sign the contract herself with her Head of Security, JD Hughes as her partner.
So there you have it, ElitePro's first-ever intergender, manager tag team match.
The ElitePro officials will try anything, won't they?
After miscommunication cost Dysfunction and Kimberly Kash a victory at Haze of Insanity, Dysfunction blamed "The New" John E. Kash for the loss. Kimberly Kash has since called the office and asked that Dysfunction and John E. Kash be put in a tag team match because "Dys wants to teach John how to be a winner".
With Helios signing a contract to have C-Red be his manager, the ElitePro office cancelled his scheduled bout with C-Red's nephew, Thomas Walton III. Instead, they will team up to face Kash Inc. at Good vs. Evil.
