The last time Team Dammit was in Central Illinois they absolutely destroyed not 2, but 3 men in an absolute show of tag team domination. What tag team can possibly contend with Team Dammit in the Central Illinois region?
AAW regulars Brett Gakyia and C.J. Esparza, collectively known as Zero Gravity, are phenomenal talents. With their friend Nick Brubaker they were able to defeat Danny Daniels, Marek Brave, and Trik Davis. However, Brubaker is the power member of that trio. The brute force of Trama and Willie "Da Bomb" combined is more than that of the trio they faced at AAW. Daniels, Brave, and Davis rely on wrestling skill far more than power. Zero Gravity really hasn't faced a threat like Team Dammit before in Central Illinois.
Another star team in this area is The Hybrids, Jason Lyte and Donovan Cain, who have had great feuds with Zero Gravity all over Central Illinois and in the St. Louis area. They have also had a few rumbles with the Irish Airbourne and are on their way to hold tag gold in Heartland Wrestling Alliance based out of Ohio. You may remember this as Les Thatcher's old promotion. The Hybrids are more of a tag team that Zero G. In saying that I mean they look more like a team and they act more like a team. Sometimes I swear they can read each others minds. Their double team moves are second to none. More than anything else this team personifies what team work is all about. The teams they have faced in the past simply have not had this strength in Central Illinois. However, Team Dammit does have this strength.
The thrid top tag team that comes to mind is the duo Blake Steel and Eric Ruffington who are known collectively known as Feature Presentation. Their biggest strength is their mental cunning and ability to "bend" the rules. They may have Willie and Trauma topped in this area. However, with C-RED on their side Team Dammit may nullify any chicanery of Eric and Blake.
Now there are other teams in Central Illinois as well, but I expect to see any of those other teams to be absolutely destroyed by Team Dammit if they step up to the challenge. That's fine by me as seeing The Urban American Dream and Trauma bulldoze over their opponents is always worth the price of admission.

However, Brubaker is the power member of that trio. Sorry, but that line made me chuckle. ;D

Psst...Sage Ramsey & Jason Wells -- yeah I know they split up but still...similar sized team.
Shockingly I found a video from Team Dammit where they challenged Abuse of Power - Morton Von Prose & Josh Powers to a match. It was from May.

Yeah, that was probably the match I was referring to. As for Sage and Wells 1)They have broken up 2)Sage is in the battle royal and 3)Their strength is power and brawling and Team Dammit has them covered on both fronts.

The Abuse of Power challenge came from the NBWA match where Danny McKay may still be flying across Danville from the pounce that he took.
