they are the most generic heel team ever. They look like the bad guys from a crappy 80's movie and are just bland in the ring. Steve Corino and Tracy Smothers are great heels. When those two's wrestling ability started to diminish with age they started becoming more vocal and crowd interactive and are a treat to watch live. Jason Dukes was pretty solid as a wrestler and pissing off the crowd. The N.O.W. suck. To me their skill level is that of Absolute Anarchy and the only people they piss off are this one lady that goes to all the shows and little kids while I scream wishes of death upon them and everyone else sits on their hands. A good local heel team was the Iron Saints because they would purposely have a long and plodding match and piss off the crowd but they were decent wrestlers so it was fine.
