They did not list the show during Thursday's Impact broadcast, but did the two WI house shows on the same tour swing. Curious.

On TNA's website, it has the Odeum as the venue and tickets go on sale on 9/18.

Odeum is a better choice. TNA never disappoints as fas as good wrestling goes. WWE can learn from TNA about treating the fans as well.

Is Kip James really the best way to locally promote the shows?

This is why TNA is still so far behind from the WWE. They first announced this show in August and it was supposed to be at the Sears Centre. They changed that to some place downtown and tonight I get an e-mail from TNA saying it's at the Odeum. WTF? The Odeum is like 10 minutes from here. I think it's great that they're going there. I went to Anarchy Rulz '99 and ECW November To Remember 2000 there but I wish I would have found out about it earlier than a week. Well, I doubt tickets will sell out but that's not the issue. Money is tight as it is and I'm trying to make it to go see Hogan at his book signing the following Thursday.

If you haven't yet checked out my pro wrestling column in today's (10/22) SouthtownStar, the article on Page 13 of Fifty-Two Weekends (the newspaper's Thursday entertainment magazine) includes information about TNA's show at the Odeum Sports and Expo Center. You can check out the online version of the article at: www.southtownstar.com/entertainment/firstlook/virtusio/1835611,102209ProWrestling.article Also, my "Elaborating on Entertainment" blog features a "Pro Wrestling Extra" topic with additional card information about TNA's show at the Odeum Sports and Expo Center. You can check out the companion piece to my latest pro wrestling column at: blogs.southtownstar.com/entertainment/2009/10/pro_wrestling_extra_more_on_pc.htmlAs always, I welcome comments on the blog. You can get a full look at all the topics at: blogs.southtownstar.com/entertainment/archives.htmlA few notes about using the "Leave a comment" feature on the blog: -- While there is a field asking you to provide your e-mail address, that e-mail address will not be shown to the public once your comment is posted. -- The grey Captcha box sometimes trips up people because it's hard to see and very particular about the characters being typed in exactly. To be on the safe side, you should copy your text elsewhere before hitting the Submit button in case the Captcha kicks out your comment. -- If you've used the "Leave a comment" feature correctly, you'll get a message saying that your submission is pending approval. Note: I approve all non-spam comments as soon as I see they have been submitted.

You will enjoy it. Nice touch to have several of the "faces" come out afterward to sign autographs around ringside.
