Just Signed After the events at Hardcore Halloween, The Wildside want their revenge on fan favorites, Ovirload & Joey Marx. Well Paine & Okoye will get their chance when they are in tag team action against the underdog team.

If Ovirload and Joey Marx come out victorious, this can surely push them up the rankings with a possible tag-team title shot in the future

Main Event Officially Announced It took some compromise, but the Board has gotten TL Money his rematch for the VWAA Championship against "The Definition" Isaias Velazquez. However, there's a catch, for both men.
1. If TL Money loses, he won't get another VWAA Championship shot as long as Velazquez is Champion.
2. The match will be a "Jacks with Straps" Match. Meaning, there will a select few Lumberjacks with Leather belts surrounding the ring to make sure Velazquez (or TL) can't run away from the fight. There WILL be an absolute winner.

Even though TL Money failed in his first two attempts to capture the VWAA Championship, as the old saying goes, 3rd time's a charm

If you haven't yet checked out my pro wrestling column in today's (10/22) SouthtownStar, the article on Page 13 of Fifty-Two Weekends (the newspaper's Thursday entertainment magazine) includes comments from VWAA's president Ratt J. Flywheel and head referee Steve Cain about "Masquerade Brawl."You can check out the online version of the article at: www.southtownstar.com/entertainment/firstlook/virtusio/1835611,102209ProWrestling.article Also, my "Elaborating on Entertainment" blog features a "Pro Wrestling Extra" topic with more comments from VWAA officials about "Masquerade Brawl." You can check out the companion piece to my latest pro wrestling column at: blogs.southtownstar.com/entertainment/2009/10/pro_wrestling_extra_more_on_pc.htmlAs always, I welcome comments on the blog. You can get a full look at all the topics at: blogs.southtownstar.com/entertainment/archives.htmlA few notes about using the "Leave a comment" feature on the blog: -- While there is a field asking you to provide your e-mail address, that e-mail address will not be shown to the public once your comment is posted. -- The grey Captcha box sometimes trips up people because it's hard to see and very particular about the characters being typed in exactly. To be on the safe side, you should copy your text elsewhere before hitting the Submit button in case the Captcha kicks out your comment. -- If you've used the "Leave a comment" feature correctly, you'll get a message saying that your submission is pending approval. Note: I approve all non-spam comments as soon as I see they have been submitted.
