HUGE Announcement It turns out, this Saturday marks what some could consider an historic moment in Chicago Wrestling history. The VWAA Tag Team Championship match between DWT & The Elitists will be JAY JENSEN'S FINAL MATCH.
As for the big question, if The Elitists win the Tag Championships, they have both agreed to relinquish them to the VWAA Board. The Board has decided that if this comes to fruition, the Battle Royal scheduled for 1/16 in Blue Island would determine the new VWAA Tag Team Champions.
I'm sure I shouldn't do this, but I personally would like to wish Jay Jensen good luck this Saturday, I'm sure he will make this the fight of his life.

I've gotten a few reports (not all officially confirmed) that due to different circumstances, a few of the announced talent for the rumble may have been pulled. I can only confirm that one has been pulled for sure, but therein lies another announcement. That spot has been filled by former Elitist Jason Hades!

- A 2009 Year in review, from a different perspective. If you haven't checked this out yet, I won't spoil whom the perspective is from, but I will mention that it's a must-read for anyone who enjoyed cavdrifter's presence here. The year-in-review features some very touching words about Mike Kaplan. (R.I.P.) I must admit that it was weird not to see the gold chair for cavdrifter in the front row at "Resolution Rumble." Will the chair be making a return at future events?
