That championship is the #2 title in the NWA right behind the current NWA World Champion, "Scrap Iron" Adam Pearce.

After the NWA WI heavyweight champion, Sadist acted after his match against Mason Quinn, then choke-slamming security guards and Justin Dredd on to a bed of thumb tacks, Commissioner Mauler ordered Sadist to defend his title against the TNA Monster Abyss on May 21. To the dismay of Frankie DeFalco and Sadist, they had no choice but to accept Maulers' order.
