The show opened with tag champs Psychotic Rage defending and then retaining the Poww tag titles over Trevor Blanchard and Black Iron. After the match Blanchard told Black Iron he dropped the ball once again. Upset with the outcome of the match Blanchard walked away-alone.
Jimmy Blaze offered Xcon, who was sitting in crowd, the commissioner's position. Con thought about it , then excepted.
Nikki, lost the Queen title to Taylor Made thanks to Melanie Cruise. Cruise jumped in the ring and hit the Farooq slam on Nikki while the referee was tending to matters on the other side of the ring. After the match, Cruise and Made beatdown Nikki till Serena charged the ring and cleared it out. Serena informed Cruise that their match later on would be a no holds barred match.
Forsaken entered the ring looking for a fight. Brawn the Lumberjack taking him up on the offer was interrupted by Ruff Crossing. Crossing claimed he was looking for Scott Spade to settle a score. Brawn went to get Spade and was met by new Commissioner, Warden Ortiz. Ortiz then set up a tag match with Brawn and Spade facing Crossing and Forsaken. Brawn and Spade go on to win by dq when ref Jason Paul was knocked down.
Eric Freedom retains the Regional Title over Gage Quinn who now goes by "Gorgeous GQ".
Hardcore Craig gets the victory over Justin James
In the main event, Melanie Cruise introduce Chazz Moretti to the crowd as her new manager. It was wild in this beer fest of a match. The ladies were rumbling all over the place. The beers were tossed around like it was happy hour. The no holds barred event saw these two fighting females at their finest. In the end Serena gets the pin over beer soaked Cruise. Moretti also gets christened as the fans were standing on their chairs for this one.
The show ended with Owner Jimmy Blaze announcing Melanie Cruise gets a try out with TNA.
