Jake is already an important asset. He is a paying customer who gives feedback.
I thought JTB's feedback was good. He though the show was "OK" and he said so. He did not rip anybody and his reputation is not one of a sh*t stirrer. You cannot please every person that goes to any show, but I would think that any owner would like to hear all
of the comments, both good and or bad.
We have no problems with the feedback. I felt the same way on a lot of stuff. Without feedback from fans we are not gonna get better as a company. Jake is one of the few guys left on the board that actually give feedback when he goes to shows. Not too many people do it anymore which is a shame.
