Is it as bad as trying to sell a wrestling company you have no ownership in, going so far as to have your wife file an LLC for the company in your name? Yeah, too bad you didn't watch or listen to the recent interviews you so enjoy making fun of. The whole "stealing of AAW" rumor was fully addressed. Here's a brief recap: 1) We were brought in as potential investors by Danny and Mike aside from their other partners due to their "unreliability". 2) After Jacques (the "Christmas present brother") got AAW in to Bourbon Street via a childhood friend who was the manager at the time, they required proof of insurance of which AAW didn't carry at that time. Jacques and I paid for (out of our evil, scheming pockets) liability insurance (to the tune of a $100,000 policy that Bourbon required). Getting the liability insurance required having a business license which AAW didn't have. Jacques and I - again - paid for a business license (still have copies of it, FYI) to get the insurance and run the first show there. 3) After Billy entered the picture and we - stupidly - agreed to go in to business with him, we had the business license changed to remove Danny and Mike of any and all liability on their part and Jacques and I were named sole owners of the renamed Resistance Pro, LLC. (This is a public document - look it up). Why would we try to sell something we didn't own if all we had to do was change the name of the company and remove people who were no longer a part of it? There was never an AAW business license/LLC to begin with back in 2011 (I assume there is now) so and "selling" of nothing ranks up there with selling indulgences (Google that reference). Also, by your "knowledge" of everything I know who you are. Ask Colt Cabana if he remembers us there. He still has a promo him and I did on VHS together when I was 350 pounds and had a mullet. I remember you. I remember telling you "not interested" when you offered your "knowledge" at a show at Logan Square when Keith introduced us properly. You powdered real quick. Have my brother and I both sacrificed financially for this stupid dream? Yes. Have we put ourselves in a tight spot and gone without in order to make sure the show went on? Yes. Do we regret some of our choices? Absolutely. But do some research - legitimate, like Googling public documents for one - before you sh*t on something you only "know" about via hearsay. Sorry Gabriel you have definitely mistaken myself for somebody else. I, much like you have never earned a dime from wrestling. Unlike you, I don't portray myself as somebody ' in the bidness'. To my knowledge, the only time we have even been in the same building is when I gave Resistance a chance after PWB closed down. Myself and my sons made up about 7% of the 42 people making up the crowd which made the gym in Summit seem cavernous. The show was very lame, which probably explains why you have decided to switch to a deathmatch focused approach. After following your advice and Googling I did find AAW did indeed have an LLC starting in 2006. It was allowed to lapse. You and your brother established a new one in your names, excluding Danny Daniels, Mike Petkovich. Jim Lynam or any other partners in 2011 and kept it under the name of AAW Wrestling LLC which you then changed to Resistance Pro Wrestling LLC, which has since lapsed. Instead of having the owners renew their LLC in order to obtain the necessary insurance. You and your brother renewed it under your names although you weren't owners? That makes no sense. So if I wanted to, I could just pay the fee and register Resistance Pro Wrestling LLC right now.

Instead of having the owners renew their LLC in order to obtain the necessary insurance. You and your brother renewed it under your names although you weren't owners? That makes no sense. So if I wanted to, I could just pay the fee and register Resistance Pro Wrestling LLC right now. Be my guest and buy Resistance Pro, LLC. It's worth as much as the AAW one was in 2011. As far there having been an original AAW,LLC that is news to me - we were told there never was when we were interested in being a part of that company. The reason for registering the AAW,LLC in 2011 is still the same - you have to have an LLC to get the insurance Bourbon required to run the show there. We paid for the LLC and we paid for the insurance to run both of the shows they ran there while we were working with them. Money was tight at the time since they were only running Berwyn (and occasionally Davenport, I believe), so we volunteered to do that. That was our decision in order to help get their product more exposure - it deserved it and still does. We definitely switched to a Deathmatch approach because the other way wasn't working. You're absolutely correct in the fact that the business has never made me a dime - only cost money, time and tons of drama. The good news is, I firmly believe that the company is now on the right track and we're finally moving in the direction we've always wanted to go. Should have taken this "slow and easy" approach instead of trying to make a big splash right off the bat - hindsight is always a b*tch. That's the fun part of starting this crap when I was a newlywed in my 30's and now being a father of two in my forties - our perspective on certain decisions is totally different. Anyhow, thank you for at least giving our company a shot - it's genuinely appreciated. I'm sorry it wasn't your taste and we take full responsibility for that. It's a work in progress, but the good news is that it's progressing. As I said earlier, if you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me on here via PM. I might be a scumbag piece-of-sh*t that some people hate for one reason or another, but I do tell the truth when asked.

So you say you make $$, yet your brother is groveling for money for his kids presents, and this is on you too because you allowed that.
You’re only one step higher on the sh*t bag ladder than sean David Hubbard.

The kids were little assholes this year so, sucks to be them, right? Besides, we'd rather have a b-list celebrity convention fundraiser for you✌️

Many thanks to WorldwideUnderground, JTB, ArticulatorSK, and others who inform us about these indy shows much more than the actual promotions themselves.
Some of these promoters are clueless about promoting, even if it's free on forums such as here.
Is this person who is claiming to be from Resistance actually him? If so, judging by the posts he's everything that I've heard about him.
If I have vote, I am not up to this petty distraction. Life is too short. Wrestling is supposed to be something to enjoy. Stick to your own board where you can post whatever you want. Don't do it here.
btw, saying the word sh*t in every sentence in commentary is not impressive.

What separates you from any other money mark?
Remember how you claimed to be trained at Steel Domain?

Maybe the kids were assholes because they have horrible parents.
If dad is gonna sacrifice their x mas to pay Wrestlers to hang around, makes you wonder what else he would sacrifice.
And this was all ok to you.
you let it happen because you needed your brothers money.
You guys are trash

Oh, you should have seen these two assholes walking around all cocky thinking they were hot sh*t when they started.
They were handed a golden ticket with Billy and still flabbergasted it up because they’re dumb and have huge egos.
There is some CHOICE backstage footage that goes around without their knowledge when they were filming their reality series.
Nobody likes these lieing money marks.
Fact.

I apologize to everybody else for not noticing this mess earlier. I'm locking the thread for now so everyone can cool off.
Gabe, if you have any info/updates on the show you'd like to pass along, please PM me and I'll post it. Otherwise, we would appreciate it if you and Mark spared us from the personal attacks and take it to PM. Thanks.

It's threads like this, as well as the locked Kenton thread, that still makes this board worth coming back to after all these years.
