Hey DP, is my memory correct above? Somewhat. I quit the day that my promised guarantee (I had previously attempted to quit over money and was promised a guarantee) wasn't there. Earlier that weekend, Jacobs and Whitmer, who were the ROH tag champs at the time, were scheduled to team up on an IWA show for the first time (they were on basically all of the shows, but were never aligned or a tag team in IWA), and were booked to lose to the Thomasellis, just because. It was clearly a "what can I get away with?" situation for Ian. There was absolutely no reason for them to even be tag team partners in IWA at the time. Yet they were to put over another team at a show Ian wasn't even at, and I was expected to run, while an ROH employee. They were put together on that show just to lose that match, which was ridiculous, and it helped contribute to my decision to leave. |

IMPACT Wrestling’s Bound For Glory event continues to get fleshed out ahead of Oct. 20. The latest addition is the Call Your Shot Gauntlet Match. Details are currently sparse, as they haven’t even announced how many people will participate in it, but the winner will get a title match of their choosing.
