 [glow=lime,2,300] Saturday July 22nd 2006 NOW reaches its 6th show and 1 year later mark. We crowned the 1st NOW champion last year in a gauntlet for the title. Adam Evans later lost the belt to Stryc-9 who in turn lost it to a, now retired, Chris Chaos. In February, Stryc-9 reclaimed the title and is presently the Negative One Champion. Alot, has happened since last July. Great matches, blood shed, owner battles, battle royals, a charity show, and still more to come in 2006

I'm sure they have no problem cuz you have no control over it. You booked two internet guys (Fighter and myself) without knowing who the f**k we were or even seen us work. Outstanding work as a promoter. Most decent feds that are going to book somebody will want to see them work in person or the very least a tape or two. Good business decision. Is that how you book most of your "talent"?

Its doesnt matter who it is...It seems to me as long as I run shows nothing is ever good enough for the marks. Which is fine. I havent had any complaints from actual wrestling fans. Everyone on here seems to just point out others errors. While im sure they themselves have never made mistakes or even been a newcomer. From what I gather here on Chicago wrestling is that everyone was born perfect. Bodies, ability, charisma, the whole 9...They never needed to learn or have help along the way. Which Im sorry if my product is graded with a A+ everyshow or anyshow for that matter. My wrestlers come help out bust their ass and leave...while still calling for the occasional whats going on how are you and pregnant girlfriend doing...So, I know they at least somewhat care to know. Meanwhile, I bust my ass everyshow and every other day of the week so I might once a month break away and get in the ring and learn more from some of the older guys and just do what ive always wanted to do. So I apologize for my shows not being up to standards of marks. As long as there are still fans it doesnt matter. Old vets and Skinnie new comers doesnt matter. They are still wrestlers and put on good matches. So, if you wont give us a chance i dont really have anything I can do about it. But, Saturday will be another great show...

this isn't wrestling anymore, it's become "general hospital" . seriously though , quit the drama .to hell with this message board .you cant even shill a show without getting sh*t for it. freedom of speech has gotten out of controll these days . people take advantage to put down everybody that tries to do things a lil different .Dave dont advetise on this site anymore and for god sakes dont try to defend yourself or your company on this board , defend yourself by putting on better shows .

Joey pretty much hit it on the money. It's the same guys recycled again. He isn't doing anything different. Bitching about your personal life and how everybody is putting you down isn't going to help you're attendance. It's constructive criticism partner. You say that you are going to put on another great show but when was the first one. You are providing the same product but with another name. Why should I pay $12 to see some untrained skinnies "wrestle" when I can drive past the high school and see a better fight for free? That's why I didn't bother showing up in February. I wish that I would've now so that you could've said that you had over 50 people at the show.

Ok then...Well I cant seem to put a show on here without hearing something from you same guys always. Constructive critism? Your a couple of dickheads...how bout that? Since you like truth so much. Fatal doesnt show up with that as a reason..because the "skinnies?" Joey Eastman just bad mouths everybody except AAW and IWA when he was there. Draw 50 people with you there? Everyone claims I use the same people over and over...I bring in new guys every show. AAW IWA ROH...All the same guys with the addition of a big name each show to draw a bigger crowd. Thats what a roster consists of. You show me a fed that uses a different group of guys every show...Not out there...I like the guys I use and they each have a unique thing about them. I dont put on cookie cutter shows like everyone else. I dont even know why I bother with you guys...looking for a chance and that clearly isnt your case. If you had any of the guys in the locker room in front of you you wouldnt say dick to them. So why talk sh*t on here about their ability. None of you guys are making big money so why bother bashing like your names are common household names. I put a post about a show up everytime I run. And like always the same guys gotta go put something down to put us down. Why not just leave it alone and let someone with something decent to say post. Instead of trying to push your same we dont like you or what your doing comments. Dont compare that we do nothing different. Nobody really does anything different around here. People see name vs name and it looks interesting or it doesnt. by the by, I also dont have any pcw workers...And dont run shows like them either...

No more name calling...it does nothing to further the "discussion". If the same two guys rip on NOW every time an upcoming show is announced, why worry? If only 2 people out of the hundreds (thousands?) of people who read this board are b*tchin' about something to do with NOW, I'd say you're doing OK for yourself. calyps013 understands this and offered you sound advice: "defend yourself by putting on better shows" (Though I don't know how not posting on this board can do anything constructive for you promotion.) There will ALWAYS be naysayers in life, and regardless of what you do, they will never be happy until they know they have gotten under your skin. I wish I had only 2 guys who ripped on me every time I tried to do what I thought was right  |
