Here are some news items going into Hostile Intentions from www.aawrestling.com- 8/31/06 - The buzz around AAW this week is the announcement that Ring of Honor star Nigel McGuiness will be making his AAW debut on 9/9 at "Hostile Intentions". His opponent has yet to be named but his arrival in AAW continues the trend of top international talent coming in. We are pleased to announce that Nigel will also be competing for AAW on 12/16. - 8/31/06 - A lot of fans have been asking what the deal is with Tony Scarpone. Well, there really is no deal. Scarpone is not a member of the AAW roster and is not welcome at the Eagles Club. Rumors have been running rampant after his appearance last month where he attacked Danny Daniels and helped Ego win the main event. We do know that Scarpone has told one source that he plans on being at "Hostile Intentions" but there have been no talks between AAW and Mr. Scarpone. - 8/31/06 - It appears we will never see "Machine" in AAW again. The man once known as Machine has informed the AAW office he will now go by his given name of Michael Prater. The former masked man has now aligned himself with JJ Inc as a quote "business decision". - 8/31/06 - AAW stars Keith Walker and Ace Steel are currently on tour in Japan with Pro Wrestling NOAH. AAW wishes both men the best while overseas and we will see them back in AAW soon. - 8/31/06 - After the comments made by "The Gold Standard" Eric Priest on www.aawrestling.com earlier this week, we may finally be seeing the much anticipated Walker vs. Priest match in the near future. - 8/31/06 - Big Main Event for 9/9 is Robert "Ego" Anthony challenging Tyler Black w/ JJ Inc for the AAW Heavyweight Title. Many are saying Black has not been focused in his training for this match and that his mind is still on Marek Brave. One mistake against an opponent of Ego's stature and we may have a new champ. Ego goes after an unprecedented third AAW title reign but this time without Jim Jesus in his corner. - 8/31/06 - The always arrogant Jimmy Jacobs has gone on record as saying he is above the AAW Heritage title and can care less about defeating Silas Young for the belt on 9/9. He wants to prove Silas isn't in his league and he deserves main event status. - 8/31/06 - Zero has gone off the deep end. He has severed his ties with Bailey Mannix, Brandy Glaze and JJ Drake and is going "solo" so to speak. Zero is a dangerous man and no one in his way should take him lightly. Where does this leave his former associates? - 8/31/06 - AAW will announce it's full schedule for 2007 in the next week. As always thanks to all the fans who have supported the company and are helping it grow everyday. Be sure to check the events page for all future show dates.

I must congradulate AAW on acquiring Nigel. He is a great athlete and is a staple to our biz.....just one of a handful or two that I can think of off the top of my head.

im kinda iffy on the nigel/brave match. cause i see brave as a kinda X-division style while nigel is more of a mat wrestler. but i would love to see AAW and prove me wrong and be able to do what the wwe lacks at and putting good matches with wrestlers whos styles clash.

AAW presents yet another stacked card this Saturday 9/9 at the Berwyn Eagles Club for "Hostile Intentions". Let's take a closer look at the show.
MAIN EVENT- AAW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP
Tyler Black (c) w/ Jim Jesus and Ami Zane vs Robert "Ego" Anthony
A battle of JJ Inc members past and present. Ego earned this title shot by pinning Danny Daniels last month in the "Civil War" main event and is focused on winning his third AAW Heavyweight title. Tyler Black is still involved in a bitter rivalry with former partner Marek Brave who has been a thorn in JJ Inc's side for months. Jim Jesus says his man is ready and is not underestimating the challenger. An interesting side note to this match; Ego and Black met one on one in AAW back in early 2005 with Ego defeating the then rookie. Times have changed drastically and this time Black has JJ Inc in his corner.
AAW HERITAGE TITLE MATCH
Silas Young (c) vs Jimmy Jacobs
Silas requested this match after Jacobs attacked him prior to his title defense last month. Jacobs claims he is above the Heritage title and should be main eventing every show. Silas is a proud champion who has taken on all comers and is ready to shut up Jacobs once and for all.
CHALLENGE MATCH
Nigel McGuiness vs Marek Brave
A huge oppurtunity for the young Marek Brave to prove himself against one of the most respected wrestlers on the planet. McGuiness is widely regarded as one of the most talented ring technicians in the buisness today and he will be looking to impress in his AAW debut. A good showing in this match for Brave and he will be one step closer to his ultimate goal, which is getting his hands on Tyler Black once again.
AAW TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH
Ryan Boz & "Party Danimal" Dan Lawrence (c) vs The Michigan Invasion (Truth Martini & N8 Mattson)
The biggest test for the tag team champs yet as they must take on the MII. The Invasion has made it known they feel they are the uncrowned champions and even started a bar room brawl with Boz and Lawrence last month. This will be no party for the usually easy going champs and has the potential to be the greatest tag team title match in AAW history.
TEACHER VS STUDENT
Eric Priest vs Bryce Benjamin w/ Lucas & Jadie
Bryce Benjamin seems to have turned the corner in his AAW career and has looked impressive as of late. Now he runs into a daunting task as he takes on his mentor, "The Gold Standard" Eric Priest. Priest has taken credit for teaching Benjamin everything he knows about wrestling but now that they are on different sides of the fence he must eliminate his former student. It's no secret Priest wants Keith Walker in the ring and believes this match will just be a warm up. If Bryce can pull off the upset his stock will rise even more in AAW.
TAG TEAM CHALLENGE MATCH
Danny Daniels & Chandler McClure w/ JJ Inc vs "Gringo Loco" Tyme Paige & Charlie Manson Jr.
Daniels and McClure team for the first time in AAW to take on the lucha libre specialists. The alliance between Daniels and Jim Jesus looks to further establish dominance in AAW and take over the tag team division. This promises to be an exciting match up as Paige and Manson Jr. have quickly become fan favorites in AAW.
4 WAY MATCH
Jason Dukes vs Eddie V vs Zach Gowen vs CJ Otis
A match that will have big implications on the top ten rankings. Jason Dukes is desperate for a big win. Eddie V and Zach Gowen will definately be looking to work together and CJ Otis looks to break into the top ten with a victory.
Also scheduled to appear are Shane Hollister and Trik Davis.
All this plus more on Saturday at "Hostile Intentions". Remember when it comes to AAW anything can happen and you will not want to miss the next chapter. Come and find out why AAW is.....
"Professional Wrestling Redefined"
