NWA Midwest - Saturday Sept 22nd
NWA Midwest
Saturday Sept 22nd
Streamwood Park District Recreation Center
777 Bartlett Road, Streamwood, IL
Bell Time 7pm
NWA Midwest Heavyweight Champion "Roughneck" Jay Ryan
VS
The looser of the Tournament to Crown the New NWA World Champion
For a shot at the NWA Champion in Streamwood on Nov 17th
On Sept 1st The "Shooter" Brent Albright meets The "American Dragon" Bryan Danielson in Puerto Rico to decide the new NWA World Champion. The loser of that match will face the NWA Midwest Champion "Roughneck" Jay Ryan on Sept 22nd for a shot at the NWA World title holder here on Nov 17th in Streamwood. NWA MidWest Heavyweight Champion Jay Ryan has been itching for his chance to get to the NWA World championship since his loss in the Tournament. Either opponent will ensure a hard hitting match for the fans in both Sept & Nov.
NWA Midwest Womens Champion MsChif VS Lacey
MsChif is still angered by her loss in May of the NWA World Women's Championship to the Amazing Kong, but the NWA Midwest Women's Champion MUST defend her belt and Lacey should be a formidable opponent. One thing's for sure the winner will be setting their sites on Kong's World title.
NWA Midwest Tag Team Champions The "Extreme Dream Team" Corporal Robinson & Hard Core Craig
VS
W.M.D "The Weapons of Mass Destruction Bull Pain & Tank
With Corp & Craig winning the NWA Midwest Tag Titles, and eliminating Cordova & Reign from NWA Midwest they stand ready to except the challenge of W.M.D. Bull Pain & Tank are no push overs by any stretch of the imagination. They both have years of "Hardcore" experience that they will bring to the fray. Expect a hard hitting match that should be a "Barn Burner"
NWA World Women's Champion Amazing Kong VS The NWA Wisconsin Champion Silas Young
Kong is still enraged that Bob Trobich the NWA Executive Director has ignored her demands for a shot at the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion. 1st I chased Christian Cage, then tried to get in the tournament only to be denied by Trobich. I'm here to prove I can beat ANYONE. Man, or women. Silas Young stepped up to the plate, and accepted Kong's challenge. He laughingly said "There's not a chance in Hell that she'll beat me. I'm all man & I'll prove that to her on Sept 22nd". A lot remains to be seen, and will be on Sept 22nd.
The Phoenix Twins VS Team "Underground" Eric Priest & Chandler Mc Clure
Each team has a win over the other with the Twins pulling the "switcheroo" last March & Team Underground marking one of the Twins with an X from a Magic Marker, donning identical Masks, and switching places as well last May. Should be interesting to see how this 3rd Encounter plays out on Sept 22nd.
Handicap Match
The Mississippi Madman vs "Oro Solido" the team of Esteban Molina & Tony Rican
Some of the other's scheduled to appear NWA Indiana State Champion "The Metal Master, The Skullkrusher , NWA Midwest X Division Champion "Too Phat" Jason Dukes, Tyler Black, Marek Brave, and others. More info to follow...
