Here's the rundown on what happened last night at the show:
Sal DiNiro Vs. "The Indian Desperado" Squanto
This match had the black-shirted owner of the GYMW harrassing his opponent as he kept smacking him around. The end came when Squanto rolled DiNiro through on his own finisher.
Winner: Squanto via Pin
Trauma Vs Ovirload
With new Hardcore King CRed and Womens Champion Dymond sitting ringside, it looked as if The Urban Gladiator was going to destroy the smaller of the Team KO members, hitting every shot he could and stopping just short of the 3 count. Just when King Red, as he demands to be known, issued the order to finish the happless Ovirload, he suddenly reversed Trauma and took the duke.
Winner: Ovirload via Pin
Machine w/ Ratt J Flywheel Vs. Juggalo J-City
It seems like the title matches next week and in January are putting even the best of friends at odds as Machine & Ratt were yelling at each other almost as much as they were the fans. Machine started out pounding the former Hardcore King early until J hit a cross body on the Child Terrorist and started a run of his own. Machine quickly regained the momentum and hit a Spinebuster for the pin.
Winner: Machine via Pin
Dameon Dunn w/ C.Red and Dymond Vs. Isaias Velazquez
There was a lot of screaming and yelling during this match. First by Trauma, who was yelling at CRed and Dunn that Dunn should give up his spot in the title tournament rather than fight his VIP Family member even as they were entering the ring area. King Red then was yelling at Trauma that he & Dunn should settle it like men and screamed at Trauma to get in the back since he had lost earlier. His Highness lost it several more times due to what he percieved as slow counts and a game of "Keep Away" being played with his crown by several of the fans. The finish came despite Velasquez's valient attempts to fight back from the punishment Dunn had been inflicting on his leg, forcing Velasquez to tap to the Single Leg Boston Crab.
Winner: Dameon Dunn via Submission
Ivan Manson Vs. Backwoods Brown
This match started with the two sharing a slug out of Brown's ever present bottle of Jack Daniels then proceeding to slug each other along with chokes, biting and various other tactics not in the rules. Match was called when both men shoved down The Dean when he was trying to restore order.
Winner: No Contest
Battle Royal: No 16th entry to Resolution Rumble
As Brown & Manson sttod looking at the announce table where the no contest was announced, The Dean then told the two if they wanted to fight they could and started the Royal. As Manson and Brown fought, Juggalo J-City came in and threw both men out. StudMuffin spent most of the Royal hiding in the corner protected by King Red. It came down to StudMuffin, King Red & Stud's gardner Michael Lopez. Red proceded to eliminate himself as it was apparantly aggreed to before the match. Lopez, however, didn't go along with the game plan and, after several calls for him to leave by both King Red and StudMuffin, threw out his employer, putting himself in line for the VWAA Circuit Title.
Winner: Michael Lopez
