I just listened to the vip room & is it true that Team KO might be joining the vip family? If Team NO does join, I will not be renewing my fanclub membership with the VIP Family.

Hello everyone. Sorry this is SO late, but here is the results of the 12-15-07 show as well as the awards.
St. Andrews in Calumet City witnessed an enormous snow storm on December 15th, but it also beheld the unwavering vigilance of the VWAA. When other companies would have canceled their show, the VWAA simply perseveres and puts on an event like no other. Interestingly enough, the fans of the VWAA are just as persistent filling the St. Andrews gym, and for good reason, the VWAA Circuit Title was on the line in a three part tournament. The first five matches of the night were the first part of the tournament. Match #1 saw Juggalo J-City against an injured Isaias Velazquez. Isaias received a severe leg injury at the hands of Dameon Dunn back on December 7th and refused to leave the tournament at his doctor’s order. J-City wisely attacked Isaias’ injury and tried to finish him off with a figure four leg-lock, but Velazquez rolled the Juggalo up for a quick pin. Next up was Ben Cruise, w/ Johnny Wild against Jordan Pryde. The history between Pryde & Cruise is spotty at best and even after this match their feud is still going strong. Although Jordan got the win, this one is long from over. Match #3 was a Knights of Columbus rematch. Backwoods Brown against a new negative attitude and angry Vigilante. The stipulation in this match was that if Vigilante couldn’t get the win over Brown, he’d take a six month sabbatical. With that in mind, Vigilante intentionally got himself disqualified in the match when he couldn’t get the pin over Backwoods. The talk of the tournament was The Urban Gladiator, Trauma against The Urban Beast, Dameon Dunn. This all started on December 7th at the VWAA Industrial Studio and the ill feelings in the VIP Family spilled over to the 15th. The feeling in the locker room was uneasy at best and even the other VWAA wrestlers couldn’t wait to see these two Vanguard VIP’s face in the ring. What went down will certainly be one of the most memorable VWAA moments. Match #5 had Mad Dog Ivan Manson against The Unholy One, Baltazar, but first, Studd Muffin had a special request for Ivan Manson. The two men battered each other ceaselessly as Miss Harley & Studd Muffin looked on. Each man took what the other had to give and then, when Manson couldn’t get the fall on Baltazar, he called for Studd Muffin to lend him his cane. Surprisingly, Studd refused to help Manson and demanded that he finish off Baltazar himself. The refusal of Studd’s help left Manson open for a huge boot from Baltazar that led to his downfall. After the match, Studd had a few words for Manson, as well as the cane Manson requested. Match # 6 VWAA Women’s Title Match. Champion, The Urban Jewel, Dymond put her title on the line against Kimberly Kash. Dymond proved why she is the VWAA Women’s champion by pulling a victory out over Kash, but the match may have went another route had Marshe’ Rockett not made his presence known. The Circuit Title Tournament continued with the five winners advancing into a mini-battle royal. The only way to be eliminated was to be thrown over the top rope and have both feet hit the ground. The first out was Backwoods Brown after taking a huge boot to the face from Baltazar. Next out was Jordan Pryde who immediately got into a scuffle with the VIP Family at ring-side. Isaias Velazquez tossed Dameon Dunn out next, but the referee’s were preoccupied with the Pryde-VIP tussle and didn’t see the action and Dunn rushed back into the ring and eliminated Isaias in front of the referees. The remaining two men, Dameon Dunn and Baltazar, would advance to the main event for the VWAA Circuit Title. Match #8, Team KO vs Titan & Thomas Sinclair for the #1 contention in the VWAA tag-team division. The Furies entered the arena before the match began and demanded that they be allowed to defend their titles in this match against both teams. If either team could get a pin on the champions, then they would become the new VWAA tag-team champions. Head referee Steve Cain allowed the stipulation and the match began. High flying moves followed power moves and vice versa. Even Alpha Bitz got into the action, but by the end of the match, The Amazin Kuan got the pin over Thomas Sinclair. Match #9 would decide the first VWAA Circuit Title Champion. The two men fighting for the title, Dameon Dunn and Baltazar, but Isaias Velazquez had a plan when he made his way to the ring. He had presented Studd Muffin with his Mr. Main Event right that he won at the very first VWAA event that let him into the main event for the Circuit title. Isaias was easily overpowered by the two big men, and his leg injury didn’t help his plight. Dunn and Baltazar pounded Isaias to the outside and then turned their aggression toward each other. In the end, Isaias’ Mr. Main Event status proved invaluable when he pulled a quick pin out of nowhere and won the VWAA Circuit Title Tournament to become the first, undisputed VWAA Circuit Champion.
December 16th, the VWAA held their first annual Christmas Party. The VWAA 2007 awards were also given out at this time.
