I thought Joey Matthews looked great and had one of the best matches of the night. Was this just a weekend deal for him or is he going to be a regular? I didn't understand the "fans" reaction to him. They let him have it the entire match...total verbal tirade, then they applaud him at the end. Glad he said what he said on the mic. Isn't that the typical ROH fan reaction? Give the heel all kinds of hell but show them respect for a job well done afterwards? I had no problem with it and found it somewhat classy.

I don't know if it was typical...I don't find that classy to heckle someone HeDoesn'tWantHisNamedUsedOverHere talking about his release from WWE and painkillers etc, then go ahead and applaud him at the end for his match...that's two faced.

I find the applause to show respect to somebody's effort and talent (heel or not) classy. I must be mellowing out in my old age because I didn't have any problems w/ the "You got fired" or "We want Nitro" or "Look out for ladders" chants. I can see your reasoning though.

I see your point as well. I was talking more about some of the singular heckles from people. It seems like they came from all sides and just pretty much everyone $hit on the poor guy relentlessly...then they clap at the end like "oh hey we totally we jerks to you but hey thanks for comin"

On the topic of the entire show....is it just me or does it seem like the Age of The Fall has lost momentum since their debut on the "Man Up" PPV? I mean they were the first ones out in the Ultimate Endurance match. Outside of the world's most annoying intro music....they just seem like just more guys on the roster to me. But thats just my opinion. BTW-Rocky Romero and Davey Richards as tag champs? I cant think of two less charasmatic wrestlers than those two. Maybe No Charisma Corps not No Remorse Corps. With The Briscoes or Age of The Fall there is a bunch of matchups that sound exciting but not those two. Oh well...we'll have to see where it goes.

I was kinda disappointed to see Jacobs and Black be the first team eliminated. I also was disappointed to see this happen, I am not a big Jacob's fan But Tyler Black I am totally a fan. I just hope they can keep Tyler working in ROH because he is very talented .

I was kinda disappointed to see Jacobs and Black be the first team eliminated. I wasn't because it meant we would see the crowning of new champs. Gabe's booking is so consistent w/ Paul E.'s booking that it's almost plagiarism. Heymen used to do the same thing (taking the champs out 1st in elimination matches). Plus it being Chicago, Gabe probably assumed that the fans thought that Jacobs & Black would be going over and decided to rock the boat. I thought Rocky and Davey stole the show. They're as solid as they come. And how can anybody say Rocky Romero doesn't have charisma? How long was Danielson ROH champ and he was about an vanilla as it got.

[ How long was Danielson ROH champ and he was about an vanilla as it got. Ok I didn't wanna make any comments about Danielson because it was the first time seeing him and i was really let down because he didn't do much...and then those "best in the world" chants started. What's so great about this guy then? Also in regards to the comment above about Jimmy Jacobs...he's ok but has a GREAT first name.
