Our 1st show of the new year was a huge success! We sold so many tickets we had to bring out extra chairs and put them up on stage where our entrance was. We had over 4000 in attendance!
American Style:
1st match was Elite Pro's very own Acid going 1 on 1 with Elite Pro's Jay Jenson in a very competitive match up. Acid was obivously the fan favorite through out this match unfortunantly for the fans Acid was defeated by Jenson via submission.
Lucha Style:
Tigre Oriental defeated Silueta Azul in a very evenly matched contest which the crowd enjoyed via pinfall.
Bazooka and Angel De La Muerte defeated Impacto via pinfall
American Style:
The Great Malaki along with Great Cheyenne, and manager Xavier Alexander were accompanied to the ring by the Nethervoids Druids after Malaki's fire and glass entrance. A promo was cut in the ring by Malaki and Xavier in spanglish bashing the Mexican fans with plenty offensive comments including numerous threats to call immigration.
Xaviver Alexander offered the fans 100 dollars to anyone who could present him with a legit I.D. or citizenship papers. The fans hated this so much cans of beer, cups, and plastic bottles began flying toward the ring and ringside areas.
Great Malaki took on Fuzion in a match that ended shorter than expected when Great Malaki came off the top rope to the outside with a high impact knee to Fuzions face which knocked out Fuzion and injured Malaki's foot with a possible break. Malaki also suffered a knee injury as well. Fuzion did a great job prior to this holding his own and wowing the crowd with his lucha like manuevers. This ended in a double count out.
Lucha Style:
Tag team action lucha style featured Aguila Del America teaming with Guerrerito Del Futuro to take on the team of Slayer and Principe Frankie. These teams both worked very well together and put on one hell of a show but in the end the team of Slayer and Principe Frankie were just to much for they're opponents of Aguila Del America and Guerrerito Del Futuro who were defeated via pinfall.
Onto the main event for the night. Tarzan Boy no showed and was replaced with Lucifer who tag teamed with Dr. Wagner to take on the team of La Parka and Rey Mysterio Sr. This match really lived up to its hype and though it left the fans craving more, everyone went hope happy. These true superstars from Mexico really gave the fans one hell of a show and in the end, though it was close Parka and Rey scored the victory via pinfall.
This show was very solid from beginning to end and we are all very happy with how well it all came together from beginning to conclusion.
Thank you everyone for coming out and making this happen for us.
