I caught the Rumble Radio preview of the show. It has always amazed me that anyone could think it's a good idea to tear down the talent which appears for other companies, while in the process of promoting an upcoming show during a radio appearance. All it does is reflect poorly on the promotion that the interviewee is representing, while burning bridges for that wrestler in the process.

...especially when the promotion this person is representing is advertising performers as being "ROH stars" in the information concerning the show.

This is to Mr.Prazak, I don't think they were tearing down the talent their, all Vik was doing was stating his opinion on people, and that was the thoughts of the worker, not the company and or promoter. I have the same feelings towards some people, I think when you've seen one Undertaker match, you've seen them all... But in my opinion, I don't think he was shooting on anyone, he was talking from his heart. And also John Cena bad mouthed The Rock on the radio, which was talent from that company, but Cena was stating HIS thoughts, not WWE's, not Vinces, HIS thoughts. I just wanted to express my thoughts on your message on this topic. Thanks, Jeremy

Though he may not have been officially speaking for the company as a whole, the purpose of this particular segment/appearance on the radio was specifically to act as a representative of the promotion running the show coming up. The way one conducts himself when making an appearance to promote an event is a reflection of the company itself, like it or not.
Personally, I've asked SCW management that from this point forward, the name SHIMMER not be used in promotional materials for upcoming shows. It's just something I choose to not have my company associated with.
It's not the company's fault, though. The guy who made the comment is the one who has now burned bridges by doing it.

Ok I just left my grandmother's visitation services to have to come deal with this......first of all to the best of my recollection the person being interviewed did not say a negative word about Shimmer or ROH..nor did they bring it up.I'm sorry you somehow got the mistaken impression he was tearing down any other promotion. I have the utmost respect for you Mr. Prazak and what you have built in shimmer, but In fact I believe the hosts of rumble radio were the ones discussing the fact some of the people on the show are known to shimmer and roh fans. So there is no need to attack when he did not attack you. And for those who want to hear the rumble radio is available for download.

I'm referring to what was said about the Briscoes. I've never seen how tearing down another company's talent while trying to tell people the show you're promoting is worth attending really does anything other than make sure that the other company isn't going to want anything to do with you in the future. But I'll end this here.

Well anything he said was purely his own personal thoughts and beliefs, and was never discussed with me ahead of time and was purely speaking from the heart. But your right it should be ended here, and once again the intent was not bring down anyother company and this person simply spoke from his heart, and I apologize if that offended anyone.

I listened to a good majority of that paticular Rumble Radio and I have to say its way more enjoyable when Pat isn't there.
