I think that Magnum won the belt in December, 2005 by defeating Harker Dirge in Streator, Illinois. That was the night where Steve Cain was almost run out of town on a rail. A couple of fans got everyone going against Steve. It was great fun. Starman has spoken.

Sorry, Tobi, but unless you want to look like Jeff King did after the Lincoln cage match, I'd leave Bob Orton alone. We might have to start calling you Tobi Hopeless. Starman has spoken.

Carl is not only a true mat technician, but one of the most vicious, sadistic, ruthless men ever to enter a ring. Hayze should be scared. Hopefully he won't anger Carl as he isn't ready to see the big guy mad. It wouldn't be pretty.

That will be the end of Hayze. After CM gets done with him, he'll just be a spot on the Armory's floor. ;D

Here's what wrong with Trevor--I hear that he associates with people of questionable character on a public access television show. Merry Christmas, everyone. Starman has spoken.

Maybe I can think up a chant or two for Steve "Two-vote" Cain. The last time I saw him ref, he just about got run out of Streator. Hopefully, the kind folks of Dolton will treat him equally well. Of course, if Charles Crowley is in the building, old Steve won't stand a chance anyway.

Plus there was the show just prior to Christmas one year when some fan (that would be ME) yelled at her, "Hey, Fyre, you know Santa Claus isn't calling you every time he yells 'Ho, ho, ho!'." I got the evil eye from her.
Also to the same rhythmic chant Steve mentioned above went "See a dentist!" and "Orthodontia." I wonder why she always seemed to love us so. ;D

Maybe no fire, but it would be good to see Fyre back in the IUWA. I hope that she is doing well. Ditto for Alannah (sp?) Storm--a true rose if there ever was one. Starman has spoken.

"Are they available at the door" might just be the funniest thing I have ever read on this board. ;D

I'm surprised that Portage doesn't have a statue of Carl right in the middle of town. On the other hand, maybe they did at one time and it got "beamed up." Starman has spoken.

My favorite in this regard came from this past summer. I attended a show where a tag team was advertised as being from Canada. Being that there were only a few fans in attendance, it was easy to get the attention of the wrestlers, so I asked them to name Canada's capital. They couldn't, of course. It was far too funny.
BTW, does this mean that Baron Von Raschke wasn't from Germany? Tell me it ain't so! ;D

The A-Team is a great addition to any organization. Let's just hope Jeff King doesn't spill as much blood as he did in Lincoln at the Powerhouse show. The "old-timer" might not be able to make it though that again.

Maybe the Crimefighter could fill us in on a few of these names. I am totally unfamiliar with them.
