Full ResultsIn the opening match of the tournament to crown a new SCW Champion, Shane Hollister got a decisive victory over Knight Walburg after hitting a Tombstone Piledriver on Walburg.
Hunter Matthews won a Battle Royal to advance to the second round of the tournament when he threw both Markus Crane and Dewey Dawson over the top rope. The history between Dawson and Matthews is well known and Markus Crane did score a huge upset against Matthews in October at Fallout.
Marek Brave def. his mystery opponent for the evening, PWN's Tank Roberts when Mason Beck pushed Roberts off the top rope and Brave hit a superkick for the victory.
The Phoenix Twins def. Mason Beck & Jordan MacIntyre when MacIntyre accidentally knocked Beck off the ring apron allowing the Twins to capitalize on the 2-on-1 situation. After the match, MacIntyre and Beck argued and Beck stated that if they weren't a team, Beck would kick his a**. MacIntyre walked away.
In a fantastic match for the final spot in the semi-finals, Krotch def. Danny Daniels after Daniels hit a superplex, but Krotch was able to hook Daniels' leg for the 3 count.
In a shocking upset, The Hybrids of Donovan Cain & Jason Lyte made their debut by defeating Zero Gravity when Nick Brubaker came to the ring and distracted Zero Gravity allowing the Hybrids to get the surprise victory.
Marek Brave def. Krotch in the 2nd round of the tournament to advance to the finals.
Shane Hollister got the victory over Hunter Matthews in an incredible back and forth contest when "The Chosen" hit the ring and beat Hollister down and nailed him with a chair. Hollister was declared the winner by Jake Ryder, but the referee stated that Hollister was unable to compete in the finals.
Jake announced Marek Brave as the SCW Champion, but Mark Storm hit the ring and had a feeling Jake Ryder had an ace up his sleeve, but Storm had one himself. Storm announced that there was a replacement in case something like this happened.
Moments later, The Mississippi Madman's music hit and the crowd went insane! Madman came in the ring and took out each and every member of "The Chosen" until it was himself and Marek Brave. Madman caught Brave and hit the Fifth Floor to get the victory in a matter of seconds sending and already pumped crowd into overdrive!
On Friday, December 5th, SCW & PWN return for Season's Beatings '08 where the new SCW Champion, The Mississippi Madman will be presented with the new SCW Championship Title Belt!
Also scheduled is a #1 Contenders Match for the SCW Tag Team Titles. More information on this and more happening at Season's Beatings will be announced in the coming weeks.
