Ian and Patti received an email from a local Chicago television station that asked if we would be interested in putting together a demo of an one hour TV show in an attempt to get put onto their station. The only catch was that we would have to have our demo in to them by February 1st if we wanted to be considered. With that time limitation, and the availability of the Hartman Rec Center, this is what we have come up with: Saturday night, January 17, 2009 Hartman Rec Center 511 N. Collins Street Joliet, IL 8 pm belltime; Doors open 7:15 pm Tickets: $15 & $10 If you bring your ticket stub from this event to either the February 6th or the February 7th shows, you will receive $5 off your ticket for that event. We will be announcing the lineup very soon. Ian is going to try to put together the top card that he can for this taping so it will take a day or two to get ahold of everyone and check their availability. We hope our fans turn out for this taping with great enthusiasm to make this as great of a demo for TV as possible. A packed house of rowdy and wild wrestling fans with good wrestling will only help our chances. We'll see everyone in Joliet on the 17th! Stay tuned to the board for more information on this event. Tickets are already available by going to www.paypal.com and sending payment to rottenwife@aol.com

did Falcon get Zach this booking? I guess we'll have to ask Zach that one since Falcon will lie about it. If Tracy Smothers was booked, Falcon would swear that he was booked to manage Tracy but we'd just see him carrying Tracy's bags and getting him his coffee and maybe an OJ or two. If only Ian would book Jimmy once in a match against anyone on the IWA roster for an ass kicking. Wishful thinking. Wishful thinking indeed.

IWA Mid-South World Light Heavyweight Title Match
Dingo vs. Quick Carter Gray
Dingo will be making a Light Heavyweight Title defense against one of the most prolific high flyers in IWA today in Quick Carter Gray. Quick was unable to wrest the title away from former champion Jason Hades but he was quick to issue a challenge to the new champion. Dingo welcomes all challengers and would be more than happy to test his skills against the up and coming sensation. Will Dingo be able to keep up his winning ways with twice the people gunning for him or will Dingo rise to the challenge and continue his domination of the heavyweight division and add the light heavyweight division to it as well?
Strong Style Showdown
"New Horror" Sami Callihan vs. B Boy
There isn't much that needs to be said about this match. This is a dream fight for long time IWA fans. Sami Callihan wants to prove that he is much more than the new flavor of the month and that he is the future franchise of the IWA. What better way to prove that potential than to go toe to toe with the returning B Boy? B Boy has proven his dominance all over the United States: west coast (PWG); east coast (CZW) & everywhere in between (IWA). B Boy retired for a spell to recover from the abuse his body had been through and is back and as hungry as ever to see who the pretenders are and who the real motherf*ckin G's are!
Light Heavyweight Contenders Match
Prince Mustafa Ali vs. "Notorious" Devon Moore
Prince Mustafa Ali came up just short in several attempts to win the light heavyweight title from Jason Hades. With a new champion, all the old contenders have to reprove themselves as worthy contenders. Ali will have his hands full as he battles the reigning KOTDM in Devon Moore. Devon wants to prove that he may be "Notorious" due to his KOTDM victory but that he is just as notorious for being able to go in regular matches as well. Which may will climb higher up the ladder to earning a light heavyweight title shot down the road?
Grudge Match
Egotistico Fantastico vs. Trik Davis
Ego has had nothing but problems with Smooth Operations since they teamed together. The majority of his beef is with Ali but Ego has a score or two to settle with one Trikory Davis as well. What better way to settle those scores than to get a victory on a tv taping that might potentially be seen by thousands of people?
Heavyweight Title Contenders Match
"Canadian Crazy Horse" Michael Elgin vs. Jason Hades
Jason Hades has been granted a rematch vs. Dingo but only for the light heavyweight title. Dingo refuses to give him a chance at the heavyweight title unless Hades proves worthy by beating some heavyweight contenders. The first one up for Hades...the "Canadian Crazy Horse" Michael Elgin. Can Hades earn the victory and inch closer to getting another shot at the HEAVYWEIGHT title or will he be forced to make the best of his rematch for the LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT title on February 7th and go from there?
Also Signed to appear at this event:
Bad Breed - Ian & Axl Rotten teaming for first time since Feb 2006
Former WWE Superstar - The One Legged Wonder Zach Gowen
Jason Dukes
Troy Walters
Kris Chambers
The Hooligans
Da Soul Touchaz
Juice Robinson - the impressive newcomer that debuted at last show
