No Rope Barbed Wire/ Electrified Light Bulb Match
IWA Heavyweight Champion: DINGO vs. Ian Rotten
This feud has heated up in recent weeks. It started off innocent enough with Dingo siding with Jim Fannin when Fannin told him that Ian was making a mockery out of his title reign by continuously giving Jimmy Jacobs & Drake Younger repeated title shots and letting Jaysin Strife wrestle as The Yellow Dog after Dingo defeated him in an Loser Leaves IWA match. Ian swears that he doesn't know who the Yellow Dog is. It started a series of matches that Dingo decided to turn into brawls and go right after Ian. After winning a "straight" wrestling match and then winning a Texas Death Match rematch when Fannin used ether to knock out Ian...the stage is set for the next encounter. Can Dingo continue walking the high wire now that he has succeeded in becoming the longest reigning IWA Mid-South World Heavyweight Champion in history or will he rest on his laurels and allow Ian Rotten to regain the heavyweight title for the first time in almost 9 years?
IWA Mid-South World Lightheavyweight Title TLC Match
Jason Hades vs. Ryan Phoenix
Ryan Phoenix had a light heavyweight title shot lined up earlier this year against Jason Hades but Hades lost the title to Dingo before the match happened and Ryan Phoenix had to wait 7 months to get another chance at the title and Jason Hades. That came this past weekend in Bellevue at Battle of the Future Stars 2. Phoenix asked Hades to make the tournament matchup a title match since he never got that shot he was promised back in January. Hades, being the fighting champion that he is, agreed. The match ended in controversy though as a German Suplex resulted in a double pin. The night was just beginning though as they ended up having to team together in the next round. The tag team was doomed from the start due to bickering and one upsmanship that developed. They lost and then the fighting really started. A long pullapart ensued where no one could keep the two apart long enough to stop it until this match was made. Even that didn't keep the peace though as another brawl broke out in the 8 man tag lethal lottery match. They fought before the match and left the building, came back in, left again...fighting the whole time. This TLC match might not even be enough to stop this war as Ryan Phoenix desperately tries to make a giant splash on the independent scene by becoming the IWA Mid-South World Lightheavyweight Champion.
Strong Style Showdown
"The New Horror" Sami Callihan vs. Keith Walker
Keith Walker has put Michael Elgin out of action with a neck injury after several choke bombs over the course of several attacks. Walker was not happy that he lost a 4 way dance to Michael Elgin with an entry into the 2009 TPI hanging in the balance and the first vicious attack followed. Elgin & Walker have crossed paths a few times since then but Walker always ends up leaving Elgin laying in the wake of choke bombs. Sami Callihan is Elgin's partner in the Grits N Gravy team so it would appear that he is coming to the aid of his partner by stepping into the ring with Walker and trying for revenge. However, the Grits N Gravy team have not been on the best of terms of late in IWA and there seems to be a rivalry developing between Sami & Elgin on who is the weaker link of the team. Is Sami trying to help his partner or is Sami trying to prove that he is better than Elgin by beating Walker AND walking away healthy?
The Reunion Of The WSX Tag Team "The Trailer Park Boyz"
Nate Webb & Josh Raymond vs. The Hooligans
Plus many more to come in the following days!
