I don't work anymore. I was average at best. Pay attention Johnson. I didn't say I was the 90-95 percent. If you knew what was going on you would know I don't work anymore. Is national attention 300 internet buys? I'll concede that I dont know what is going on with your career, Ducetrey. I don't have the mental ability to keep up with each and every indy guy on the scene. I agree with your sentiments that this is a business, first and foremost. Ultimately the goal of any pro wrestler should be to turn your wrestling "hobby" into your "profession." Receiving national exposure can play a huge role into helping these guys eventually land a wrestling job. BTW, I'm willing to bet that "300 internet buys" plus whatever the live gate is, is still more exposure than most in this area receive. I totally agree with your statement. I value your opinion. You are a fine referee.

I wish we had more good level headed discussions like this on the board. I think a lot of valid points were brought up. Happy New Year everybody!

With all of this love that is taking place right now, I'm feeling like I was being quite harsh earlier. I think that I was just getting defensive. I think the 3 dudes I named earlier are all super talented, and I felt like you were attacking them. I'm glad that civilized conversation still exists on this board.

Johnson you have a very valueable opinion. You're in the ring with a lot of these guys so you know first hand. If I agree or disagree with you it doesnt matter because we have been in the business a while and have a myraid of point of views.
Fatfrenchfryguy you have been in the biz maybe a year or so and still don't have any gear and probably have worked just one or two places. Probably best you respect the guys that came before you. You never know who you're going to be in the ring with. I think you have a unique look and with some proper training/experience and get your weight under control you have a legit shot at being a very good worker in the next couple of years. Listen to Joe Heisman, I have got him booked at other places and he has busted his ass over the years and has become a solid worker. I know because I've worked him a few years back.
Some of you guys havent been around for the Danny Dominions, Ace Steels, Eric Priests, Colt Cabanas, Brandon Bishops etc... look those guys up or search youtube for some of their matches. THOSE guys are/were what workers look like in and out of the ring. Busted their asses in and out of the gym. THEY had the respect, dedication and passion. Now look at the guys on the scene today. I understand that the business recycles itself but these guys are what people paid to see. It's not just Illinois that's for sure. I blame a lot of this on the booker/promoters but thats a whole different topic. Wrestling through the years has been a mystic, spectacle and athletic art. You don't pay to go to the strip club to see average girls. You go because they are hot and not always seen in most peoples everyday world.

Change in card!!
The 8 man tag match has been changed to a 6 man. Noriega has violated a strict in house stipulation for all GALLI title holders and has been striped of the GALLI title. He no longer will be part of GALLI events. The commitee will decide in the coming days how and when a new champion will be crowned. 6 man tag The Soul Touchaz VS Furia Roja, 450 Hammet & Jarod Priest
