The title alone is good enough for me.

I was at the 2008 Chikara show in Streamwood and that was awesome. They are worth checking out.

This is excellent news! I, too, was at and thoroughly enjoyed the Streamwood show. Thank goodness Chikara is finally making it back to our area.

Would love to see the Ants in action. I'd even bring sugar cubes.

Does anybody know anything about this venue like if this place has decent parking or the type of neighborhood it is in?

I went to a concert at the Logan Square Auditorium two years ago and it literally took me an hour and a half to find a place to park. Unless things have changed since then, all of the parking spots around there have meters and there's no parking lot. Since I didn't have enough change to fill the meter until the time when I could have parked for free, I ended up having to park several blocks away in a neighborhood. Since I'm not from Chicago and that was my only time there, someone else could probably tell you more of what the overall neighborhood is like. But to me, the best I can remember it, it didn't seem too bad.

It's probably best to park in residential parking a few blocks away, or take The Blue Line if possible.
Parking at meters is free after 9PM, expensive as sh*t prior to that. It's in a cool part of town, I know sometimes people can be a little hesitant (timid?) to venture into the city, but A) how often does Chikara swing by, and B) It's close enough to a lotta cool joints in town.

It's directly south of the actual Logan Square. I've lived near here for going on 3 years now, so I feel I can judge its character. The neighborhood is not dangerous at all, as Logan Square has a diverse population without any true gang activity or things like that mucking it up. It's a cheap area near public transportation, so there's lot of students in the area (like me), and it's JUST beginning to be a target for developers to tear down old buildings in favor of new condos, though this has slowed down in recent years.
The comments about the parking, however, are true, as its all metered on the street in front of the Auditorium. There are lots of side streets, but around there at night there won't be many open spaces. I'd heavily suggest taking the Blue Line, or doing the Park-and-Ride at the Rosemont or Cumberland Blue Line stops and THEN taking the train. Blue Line runs 24/7 so no worries.
