[Actually this is Rocky's show with Frank Arenas providing the undercard/quote]
Look luchafan, the Arenas have done alot for the lucha in chicago, The way i see it both Rocky & the Arenas get credit for the show. And you should always support your home town.

Guys we have a good thing going here so drop it. Keep the political bs in the back where it belongs before you cause people to shy away. No one wants to be in a negative enviorment so stop before you kill the buz. You guys know eachothers numbers, emails, etc.....settle your crap in private.
Back to how great this show is going to be.

Your right Malaki, I just want to say one more thing on this then I'll drop it, You & Ulysis have been on Rumble Radio & On the Mat making sure that everyone know that Lucha is coming to the Congress.
And from what I see this is going to be a great event. I wanted to go to the ROH Event, But I can't pass up a chance to see La Parka & the Chicago home town boys.

Hey bro that's cool and I'm glad to hear you will be at the show. I don't think their is a doubt on anyones mind that Lucha and ROH will be the 2 biggest draws here in Chicago this weekend. I know there are a lot of people not just those of us associated with this Lucha show who are responsible for helping pass the word along about this show.
Because of all of you I am certain we will have a better turn out than we would have had without you. I believe we have thanked everyone from Dean Siemon with his radio show to the OTM crew and most recently the RR crew who have all been stand up supporters!
There is one person though who should not and will not be overlooked. CPW admin Chris. Thanks a lot my friend for giving us the opportunity to always post on your message boards. This place has helped us answer questions from wrestling fans via this thread or pm. It has helped us sell over 20 tickets and has helped us get the word out.
Hope to see you all at Congress tomorrow!
Update: On The Mat's Nick H will be at the show! One of the best and tallest lol Chicago ref's will be there to help ref the American style matches. OTM cams will be there in full force!

Look Luchafan I have nothing against you believe me. We have met before and have gotten along well but I need to ask you to keep posts like these off this thread. Let's face it, your not the promoter and neither am I, although I do have a little more involvement in the company than you do. Neither one of us has a right to make posts like the ones your making because we don't call the shots. If the promoter has a problem with what he is reading I am sure he will speak up and then it can be debated.
You made your statement so just let it end there. Trust me when I say this to you, posts like yours cause political conflict in companies that can mess things up from the inside. I have been around for 8 years and have seen my share of things happen so just take my word for it.
Lets stay positive and keep this thread drama free. Lets keep the drama in the ring where it belongs. I would hate to have drama behind the curtian because you took it apon yourself to make your post.
We all have a right to our opinions but the topic you are touching on is none of your business. That's between Arenas and Rocky and as you can see they have been professional enough to keep it away from the public eye. Their really isn't much to keep anyway, we have been pretty honest in all our statements.
On with the show!

Luchafan, I wanted to drop the whole thing. However, unless you are part of Rocky or the Arenas, you should leave the promotion to the promoters. When you start talking about thing that you think you know, you are the one that looks bad. The Arenas & Rocky have both work every hard to bring Lucha to Chicago, so let them deal with it.

just got back to philly from illinois and no time to give my full review on but wanted to share my thoughts, i've live a few blocks from ecw hall and have attended most of the organizations that ever run outta there. (and nj/nyc and old wwf shows around plus a trip to mc df years back) so ive been to a few shows wanted to one give a shout out and big thanks to Uliyses (mispelled?) and a congrats to all those involved, they def came across as really being into the scene and betterment of shows, keep it up! definitely a memorable event for me personally and a great experience, the location (congress theater) was great for wrestling and just a pretty cool old historic bldg vibe taken over/and the crowd really made it for me, kids all went bonkers and crowd was loud/fun and made up for any matches that were less than stellar. Wagner/Parka delivered and all in all just a fun nite. and if any roh fans have never been to a lucha show, its something thats gotta be attended. my girl whos hard to please enjoyed it almost as a fun/cultural experience of lucha and of chicago. cheers.
