Pro Championship Wrestling was back in action at the American Legion Hall in Summit IL as we continue our march towards 4EVER FLAIR on Nov. 22nd. Results as follows:
We opened with a video of PCW champion the Butcher, showing how he trained. Going into a meat locker he started with curls of bars holding sausages. He was soon joined by WCPW legend, Vito "2 fingers" Fontaine, and the pair passed a bucket of meat around like a medicine ball. Fontaine then told Butcher to try some "Hardcore training" and the two beat each other with iron bars across the backs and meat trays over the head. Fontaine left and Butcher promised Johnny Mac that there was no way he'd walk out champion tonight.
Butcher then came out to address the crowd but was ambushed by Johnny Mac and Eric Marx. The pair wrapped his leg around the steel turnpost before Mac took a chair and blasted his knee. Butcher had to be helped to the back.
The Foreign Exchange (Uzi Akiva & Stephen Broadway w/Jean-Paul Basse) def. Stylin' Shane Eaton & Matt Creed
Creed was pinned after Basse snuck in the ring and hit a spinebuster. After the match Eaton stormed off visably upset at the loss.
Damian def. "Junior Varsity" Tom Heisman via DQ
During the match, several wrestlers took the Butcher, still favoring his attacked leg, out of the arena to receive medical treatment. The end came when Damian took Joe Heisman's helmet and threw it to Tom and then fell down. Ref. Lou Tufanno turned to see Tom holding the helmet and called for a DQ giving the match to the wiley Chicano.
Jarod Priest def. "The Soon to be Legendary" Aaron Cruise
JT Simmons was a no show, but sent Jenna Monroe w/Chris Styles to announce Aaron Cruise as his replacement. Monroe constantly distracted the ref allowing Styles and Cruise to double-team Priest. But Priest side stepped Cruise who knocked Jenna off and onto Styles. Cruise then turned into the Omen facebuster and Priest got the pinfall.
#1 Contender to Midwest title at 4Ever Flair
Steve Heisman def. "The Pocket Rocket" Eric Marx
Heisman will now go on to face "Hot Bod" Shawn Davis for the Midwest title at 4ever Flair.
It was announced that due to the Butcher being injured, if he was unable to return in time for the main event due to a clause in Johnny Mac's contract, Butcher would forfeit the title to Mac.
Joe Heisman def. Damian by DQ
Tom Heisman challanged Damian to take on his older brother after his earlier humiliation. In an eerie repeat of the earlier match, Lou caught Damian using a kendo stick on Joe and called for a DQ.
The Chicago Connection (Jay Phoenix & Body Count) def. Whiplash & Mixed Breed
While Body Count and Mixed Breed ended up brawling outside, Whiplash got caught in a Phoenix bomb and pinned.
MIDWEST TITLE
"Hot Bod" Shawn Davis(c) def. Chris Styles
Davis retained his title and continues to head towards 4ever Flair to face Steve Heisman.
WOMENS TITLE
Kimberly Kash def. December(c)
Kash is the new PCW womens champion. After the match a groggy December asked for her belt, but upon being told she'd lost had a huge temper tantrum
HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE
Butcher(c) def. "The Feature Presentation" Johnny Mac
Just as a forfeit was announced the Butcher came through the front doors to a huge pop from the fans. His jeans had been cut off and his knee heavily bandaged but he still got in the ring. Mac tried to take Butcher's leg out, but the end came when Eric Marx tried to slide him the belt. He turned to try and grab it but Butcher grabbed him and rolled him up. Afterwards the Chicago Connection came out and attacked the Butcher until the locker room emptied out. Butcher and Jay Phoenix had a shouting match where Phoenix made it clear he wanted a shot at the Butchers title.
