*** “The Sensational One” Sean Cruz defeated Donnie Peppercricket when Donnie lowered his guard after Cruz pretended to re-injure his knee, Cruz then scored the cheap victory.
*** Preston Maxwell defeated “The Rockstar” Jimmy Rockwell.
*** The LONRs’ (Mark Sterling & Darrien Sanders) retained the PWP Tag Team Titles against Joey Daniels & Donnie Peppercricket. Leslie Ray was scheduled to be Joey’s partner, but was unable to be there - Donnie said that while the SuperFriends seem to have fallen apart, that he and Joey were still standing, and wouldn’t go down without a fight. However in the end, the tag team experience of the LONRs’ proved enough to hang on to the belts.
*** “The Rebel” Jeremy Wyatt defeated “The Passion: Zac James.
*** In a 6 Man Tag Match - Jaysin Strife, Vic Victory, & The PWP Heavyweight Champion Abu Colossus defeated Simply the Best (Hype Gotti & Tony Cortez) and Brett Young when Abu pinned Hype with the Choke-Bomb. After the match, Jeremy Wyatt came out to address Abu, stating that for a year and half, nobody has beaten him in a one on one match, and that he wanted a shot at the PWP title.
Abu was quick to accept, and on October 25th, for the first time ever, Abu Colossus will go one on one with Jeremy Wyatt, and the PWP Heavyweight Title will be on the line!
*** In the main event, Chris Havius defeated Stephen Saint in a BRUTAL Fans Bring the Weapons Match. This long war came to a bloody conclusion in an insane match that simply must be seen to be believed. Words cannot do this match justice, however, virtually anything you can think of was used including: tables, ladders, chairs, thumb tacks, barbed wire, & dozens of light tubes. These two men put everything on the line, and gave absolutely everything they had, and the results were perhaps the most memorable match in PWP history, and without question, the most violent match this area has EVER seen.
PWP returns to live action on Saturday October 25th at the Council Bluffs National Guard Armory.
