AAW "Reign of Violence" is in the books and what a night it was.
After the cancellation of Joey Matthews the fans in attendance tonight were treated to the AAW match of the year.
Pre show:
Dewey Dawson d. Jordan Mcentyre
Derek St. Holmes/Wayne Weems d. Jason Harris/Caden Ames

* Show started with a backstage promo from Josh Raymond and Val Malone. Raymond gloated about how he took Silas Young's woman and is superior to Silas in every way. Val said she hated Silas for getting her pregnant and now she is bloated and fat like all the women in Berwyn.
-Silas Young d. Lince Dorado, Hunter Matthews, and Christian Able in a 4 way match
Exciting match where in the end Silas put away Matthews via submission. After the match Silas announced he will face Josh Raymond next month and put an end to their feud once and for all.
- Ryan Boz d. Knight Wagner
Wagner threw out an open challenge that was answered by Boz. Knight tried to mount some offense but this was all Boz. After he put away Wagner with the Boz driver he called out Jimmy Jacobs who ran in and the two brawled all over ringside.
* Jim Lynam addressed the crowd and thanked them all for coming. He announced with money being so tight for everyone right now that general admission tickets will now go down to ten dollars. He addressed the Joey Matthews situation stating a lot of companies would have just thrown together a main event but not AAW. Jim signed Claudio Castagnoli and he would do battle with Tyler Black for the Heavyweight title.
* Phil Colvin was backstage awaiting the arrival of the Phoenix Twins. He asked them about Joey Eastman's restraining order just as Eastman bumped into them from behind and called for security. Jim Lynam came backstage and told the Twins to get ready for their match. He told Eastman the Twins will leave the building after their match but next month he has a big announcement for Eastman.
- The Phoenix Twins d. The Osirian Portal
An excellent back and forth tag team contest. Amasis and Ophidian used their unorthodox style and double team moves effectively but in the end Tweek and Dash hit the "double impact" superkick on Amasis for the win.
Joey Eastman then came out with security and had the Twins escorted out the front door of the Eagles Club.
- Krotch w/ Nikki d. Chandler McClure w/ Jordan Mcentyre
Nikki took out Jordan at ringside when he tried to get involved. Krotch rolled up Chandler for the win and Chandler showed some uncharacteristic sportsmanship after the match raising Krotch's hand and walking to the back with him.
- Egotistico Fantastico/Mdogg 20 d. Marek Brave/Trik Davis
Mdogg came out sporting one of Ego's masks which got a nice pop from the crowd. Good match with Mdogg pinning Trik after a split leg moonsault.
* Promo from Jimmy Jacobs. He said he's been scrapping and crawling his whole career and he will continue to do so until he gets back in title contention and he will start tonight against Josh Raymond.
* Kevin Harvey interviewed Zero Gravity in the ring. They were interrupted by Danny Daniels who wanted a match against CJ Esparza. (Esparza pinned Daniels in a six man last month). Daniels said if Esparza beats him he will "put on a pair of pantyhose and wrestle for Shimmer".
- Danny Daniels d. CJ Esparaza
Daniels dished out a lot of punishment in this one. CJ kept coming back for more until Daniels put him away with a piledriver. After the match Danny picked him up and said "welcome to the team" only to clothesline CJ and dish out more punishment.
- Shane Hollister/Nick Brubaker/Brett Gakiya d. Arik Cannon/Ryan Cruz/Mason Beck w/ Joey Eastman and Darin Corbin
With Esparza out Shane Hollister stepped in to team with Zero Gravity. This was an action packed match that saw the Phoenix Twins buy tickets and sit front row to antagonize Joey Eastman.
Hollister got the win when he pinned Ryan Cruz.
* Promo from Claudio in Tyler Black's lockeroom. He said he was here to take the title and grabbed it off Tyler's shoulder. Tyler grabbed the belt back and warned Claudio he was in his house tonight.
- Josh Raymond w/ Val Malone d. Jimmy Jacobs
Good match up as both men came close to getting submissions. Silas Young came out and got in Raymond's face distracting everyone in the ring and giving Ryan Boz the opportunity to nail Jimmy Jacobs and cost him the match.
- Tyler Black d. Claudio Castagnoli to retain the AAW Heavyweight title
Easily the AAW match of the year thus far. Unbelievable stuff from both guys. Claudio focused his attack on the left knee of the champion for most of the match and it looked like he would leave Berwyn with the title. Black kept digging down deep and coming back eventually getting the win after reversing a roll up into a small package driver. A must see match.
AAW is back in Berwyn 11/1.
