*Lead commentator Victor E. Doom was in charge of the contract signing between Shane Hollister and Matt Cage. After repeated insults, taunting and more, Cage agreed to not wait until February to defend his title and opted to defend it on this very evening against Hollister!

Unfortunately, due to the no contest, Cage retained his DynastyPRO Title.
Absences: Knight Wagner, Krotch, Cecil Cerveza, Coach Havens, Noktiis and Jason Collins couldn't make it to the show due to the extreme weather conditions and the snow storm. Car accidents, worrysome road conditions left many unable to make their trips to the show successfully.
