1. Trik Davis w/ Prince Mustafa Ali def. Egotistico Fantastico
Ali and Ego have the 2 out of 3 falls match in Bellevue on January 2nd so Ali came to the ring with his tag partner Trik to run interference. Ego had momentum after a multi revolution airplane spin and then went for Taco Pizza. Ali grabbed a chair and tossed it into the ring. Coyne Jones went to retrieve the chair and remove it from the ring and Ali used the distraction to grab Ego around the neck and cause him to let go before fully executing the Taco Pizza. Trik then used the opportunity to rollup Ego and drape both feet across the ropes to gain the pin.
2. Ian Rotten def. Old Timer Jeff King
Old Timer wrestled wearing his fanny pack. Ian kept unzipping the fanny pack at every opportunity which kept pissing off King. Ian then started taking the money out of Old Timer's fanny pack (mostly change) making King even madder. Jeff King did pull a couple of foreign objects out of the pack and used them including a bag of baby powder. Ian kicked King's hand however and Coyne Jones took the brunt of it but King also got the powder in his eyes. King stumbled into Jones whom was on all fours. Jones ended up having King hooked and Ian counted to three and awarded Coyne Jones his first victory in IWA.
2b. Coyne Jones def. Old Timer Jeff King
But back to Ian vs. King...Ian was then able to gain the pin on the Old Timer in the confusion following getting pinned by the ref.
Old Timer did do a fine job of working over the shoulder of Ian with several old fashioned knife edge tomahawk chops to the trapezious area.
3. Gameboy w/ Hype Shalwin def. Corey Mason w/ Kris Chambers
Kris Chambers let everyone know how cool it was especially in Canada to be a member of Sex Drugs and Wrestling or at least getting to hang out with them...I think that is what he was saying more or less. I'm not fluent in Canadian. He then told Mason that if he was impressive, he'd be invited to join the group. Here's what I remember of the match other than Gameboy using the Power Glove and powering up for test of strength and claw holds: We've seen Deranged puke a few times. We've seen Insane Lane puke. Tonight was the first time though that we have seen projectile vomit. Towards the end of the match, Corey Mason was in the ring by the ropes and projectile vomitted onto the floor that reached the seats. Gameboy pinned him following that. Not sure how as I was looking away from the ring. Chambers yelled at Mason afterwards and Michael Elgin's music hits which led directly to:
4. Michael Elgin def. Kris Chambers
In the most hardcore move ever done in IWA...Michael Elgin caught a diving Kris Chambers while on the floor and gave him a Death Valley Driver into the puke. After returning to the ring, Elgin went for a Super Splash Mountain Bomb off the ropes but Chambers turned it into a rana and followed it with a top rope elbow but only got a two count. Elgin eventually regained control with a running powerbomb into the turnbuckle followed by a brainbuster but Chambers kicked out. Elgin did get the pin though following a Splash Mountain Bomb. Corey Mason then taunted Elgin and distracted him long enough to allow Chambers to recover enough for the two of them to beat down Elgin after the match.
5. Jason Hades def. Prince Mustafa Ali w/ Trik Davis to retain IWA Mid-South World Light Heavyweight Title
Ali came really close to ruining the January 3rd Title vs. Title match. Ian Rotten on commentary though did say that no matter the outcome of upcoming matches, it is Hades vs. Dingo on January 3rd whether it is title vs. title or not. Hades suffered a knee injury in the early going and Ali went after it with a vicious streak. He applied a Camel Toe Clutch and everyone thought that Hades might be forced to tap out but he held on. Hades goes for a Killswitch and Trik jumps onto the apron. Ali charges but Hades moves and Ali and Trik collide allowing Hades to get the rollup for the victory. Trik and Ali attack Hades injured leg until Ego made a save. Mason and Chambers then come running out to attack Hades & Ego mad that they got a spot in Candido Cup while Chambers didn't get a chance to replace Ash as his partner for the tournament. Their interference brought out Hype and Gameboy. Challenges issued and we have an added 8 man tag.
6. Mickie Knuckles def. Kimberly Kash
Kash comes out limping and holding her leg mocking Mickie. After Mickie comes out, Kash walks over to the stage and falls on the floor screaming. Bad idea. Even worse idea...attacking the recovering leg of Mickie. Kash even applied a deep deep deep cinched single leg Boston crab on the bad leg. Mickie reached the ropes and then grabbed ahold of Kimberly and choked her out for the victory.
7. Popular Electronics (Hype & Gameboy)/Egotistico Fantastico/Jason Hades def. Prince Mustafa Ali/Trik Davis/Corey Mason/Kris Chambers
Trik got on the microphone before the other team came out and said that they only way they are working twice on a charity show is if they get the money from the gate intended for the after school program if they win the match. That dastardly Trik Davis. The match then starts as soon as Hades and company leave the dressing room. Brawling galore all over the place. Multiple dives to the floor including a BIG dive by Hype. While everyone is brawling, Ego and Hades hit a double killswitch on Ali to get the pin and save the money for the after school program at the Hartman Rec Center.
