To start the show we had to wait an extra 25 mins as more seats had to be added to the people still coming into the building. There were 9 matches all together.
1. Zach Thompson vs Gilbert Lewis
-Gilbert got the clean win over Thompson
Then after that match was an interview segment in the ring called Mad Smack with radio DJ, Freak(formly on Mancow). He was supposed to interview Jerry Lynn. Jerry came out in street clothes hobbling and limping from an ankle injury. Freak talked to Jerry about his injuries and about Tony Scarpone. Scarpone then came out and rushed Jerry, working his ankle, Scarpone grabbed a chair from outside and brought it in. He put Jerry's injured ankle in between the chair and climbed to the top turnbuckle. As Tony was bout to jump off Steve Stone rushed to the ring.
Stone was helping Jerry back up to his feet and walking him to the back when Scarpone got on the mic and challenged Stone to a match. A ref came out the ring and the match got under way.
2. Tony Scarpone vs. Steve Stone
-The two them began with back and forth until Scarpone came in control and started to beat down Stone. Stone then got the upper hand and began working Scarpone down. Until a fan jumped over the rails and began hitting Stone. A couple of the boys came out from the back and started beating up the fan who jumped over the rails. Security and Police came quick to the ring and cuffed the fan and took him away. The match ended in a No Contest Draw.
3. Monster Ballad (Johnnie and Tommie) vs. Aztec Warriors (Isasis and Samurai Del Sol)
-This was probably the best match of the night in my opinion it was fast paced and with great spots, i think this is the first time I've seen Isasis and Samurai team together and they put moves together like they have been together for years. Monster Ballad got the win in the end.
After the match a video started to play over on the Screen they had up promoting "Boz" ...now which Boz could it be??
4. Mason Conrad w manager Erik Tradition vs. Joey Marx
-This match was very quick as Conrad and Marx were going back and forth until Marx tried to suplex Conrad back into the ring, but Conrad reversed it and landed on him for a pin, Tradition held down Marx's foot to keep him from kicking out. This match was only like 5 mins at most
5. Travis Sawyer w Manager vs. Shawn Shultz
-This is the first time I've seen them in Underground or Chicago area altogether. Sawyer came out with a manager i dont know the name of, but Sawyer was an impressive big man. Shultz was a well built wrestler who reminded me of Steve Corino in looks and tone. The two of them put together a great match. With Shultz coming out with the win.
There was break for an Intermission, during the intermission there was a video for Bryce Benjamin's new cd Pure Sweetness. I'm not sure if its a work or legit.
6. Ryan Slade vs. Machine
-Again Ryan Slade challenges Machine in the last two times these two met Machine destroyed him. Slade put up a fight again this time and out smarted Machine. Slade was in the corner as Machine came charging at him he pulled the ref in corner instead. That gave time to Slade to pull out a jar of probably Choloraform and a rag. He jumped on Machine's back and put the rag to Machine's face and put him to sleep. A min later the ref got up and started to check Machine's hand as Slade had him in a Sleeper hold. Machine's arm fell for the 3rd time and the ref called Slade the winner.
7. Dave Storm vs. Matt Longtime
-Matt Longtime came out with the win over Storm.
8. Bryce Benjamin w Valerie and Ashton Vuitton vs. Calypso
-Bryce Benjamin won with help from Mason Conrad.
9. Tokyo Twins(Mi and Yu) vs. Void Effect(AM Vision and Zero)
-With another victory by disqualification Tokyo Twins sneak away with the win.
*** I will add more info to some of the matches
