MAIN EVENT
For the IMPACT title
(Champion) Tristin Hayze
vs.
(Challenger) "Roughneck" Jay Ryan
This is a match that is almost 3 years in the making. These two men used to comprise 1/2 of the Lincoln County Regulators, one of the most imposing stables in Fire Pro history. They stood shoulder-to-shoulder, fought together and watched each-others backs. With that in mind, after defeating Ritchie Rothchild in his first IMPACT title defense, Tristin Hayze made a point of bringing up there not-so-distant past when he confronted "Roughneck" after he captured the #1 contenders spot. After telling Jay Ryan that if he accepted his offer of laying down for him in the middle of the ring at New Years Resolutions, he would do him a favor and reform the Lincoln County Regulators once again and let Ryan be his go-to-guy. After contemplating and initially accepting Hayze's offer, Ryan showed exactly why Hayze does not want to square-off with him by laying him out with a decapitating lariat. The fans in attendance were left with the image of Hayze lying prone and Jay Ryan holding up the richest prize in all-of-the-land.
Will Jay Ryan realize his goal of becoming the top-dog in Fire Pro, or will Tristin Hayze find a way to hold-on to his precious IMPACT title?

PRIDE TITLE ON THE LINE
(Champion) Hayden Kent
vs.
(Challenger) "The Insurance Policy" Tony Scarpone
With the 3rd annual BANE'S PRIDE tournament looming around the corner, Hayden Kent looks to become the 2nd man to go coast-to-coast with the PRIDE title and secure the #1 spot in the tournament. He has a tough-task ahead of him with Scarpone looking to put a huge notch on his belt by knocking-off the red-hot champion and securing his first Fire Pro title. This one will not be for the weak of heart!

"THE PRODUCT" LOOKS FOR RETRIBUTION
"The Product" Christopher Kent w/M. Marvin Wentworth
vs.
Gilbert Lewis
After suffering, to quote Mr. Wentworth, "...a despicable loss to a disgusting NERD...", "The Product" looks to even-up the score with a victory over the former tag champion. While being in the midst of an ugly situation with Osyris and his lovely valet Jungle Jane, Kent has became obsessed with going into his HUGE main-event match with Osyris on February 21 on a winning streak. The stipulations of that match are that if Kent scores the victory, he gains the services of Jungle Jane for 60 days but if Osyris gets the duke, he gets M. Marvin Wentworth alone in the ring for 5 minutes. With the recent loss to Lewis, Kent feels the only way to truly prepare for Feb. 21 is to avenge the loss by not only beating, but humiliating Gilbert Lewis. Another singles victory for Lewis would not only increase his earnings but his chances at scoring a shot at singles gold in Fire Pro. Sources close to Gilbert have said that he aspires to earn a singles championship. The road to the gold runs through "The Product".

THE NEW HARD-TARGET CHAMPION WILL DEFEND HIS BELT
(Champion) Kenny Courageous
vs.
(Challenger) P.T. Hustla
After Jynx pinned Virus with his 450 splash at Time For Some Action and retained his Hard Target title, Kenny Courageous decided he had enough. After grabbing a ringside chair and brutalizing Johnny Motley and Virus with vicious chairshots to the skull, he decimated Jynx's knee with the steel weapon, dislocating his kneecap. He then proceeded to lock-on a grotesque leglock to force Jynx to submit and become the new Hard-Target champion. Jynx has not recovered from the attack and will not be able to compete at New Years Resolutions, so in his place steps a man fresh off an injury of his own. P.T. Hustla voiced his disdain for Lester Mitchell and his antics at Time For Some Action and gained the sympathy of the Fire Pro faithful. With what appears to be a fresh start and a new attitude, Hustla looks to start 2009 off in a big way by winning his first championship in the company. These two men have known each other for many years and are no strangers to one another, leading into what should be a very competitive contest.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
THE UPRISING HAVE ISSUED ANOTHER OPEN CHALLENGE
Ever since winning the Fire Pro tag-titles, Jeremy Hadley and Louis Rojas, collectively known as the Uprising, have been on quite the tear. They have systematically dismantelled each and every team that has been placed before them and have demanded to have some real competition in 2009. Who will step-up to try to silence the masters of the tag ranks?
