The show opened with Mr Ricolo introducing Prince Mustafa Ali to the fans. Ali responding to Chris Cairo's rant last week, tore into the fans and the U.S.A. Cairo hearing this walks out to the roar of the crowd. Cairo and Ali exchange words in the ring then Ali retreats to the locker room. Cairo departing, was attacked from behind by Prince Ali. Ali tosses Cairo into the ring and puts a beatdown that left Cairo out cold. Security helps the Champ back to the locker room.
The opening contest was a round #2 match for the number #1 contendership to the Poww World Title Tournament. The Great Malaki defeats Justin James and moves on to the semi-finales next week in Elk Grove.
Dehok pins Matt Mayhem after a "desecration" off the middle turnbuckle.
A round #2 match saw Ruff Crossing overcome the cheating ways of Black Iron and the M.O.B. by giving Black Iron a dose of their own medicine when Crossing pinned Iron with his feet on the ropes for leverage. Crossing advances to the semi-finales and will face The Great Malaki.
Round #2 match.....After a chairshot to the leg of Xcon by Psychotic Jimmy Blaze and all the commotion stirred up by Blaze, Dehok , Justin James and Jade, Black Iron sneaks into the ring and nails Xcon with a ball bat to the gut. Immediately Blaze applies the sharpshooter and Xcon taps quickly. 'Con then challenges the tag champs (Black Iron/Justin James) to match next week for the tag titles. Owner Jimmy Blaze reacts saying the titles will not be on the line. Commissioner Master J overrules Blaze stating the belts will be on the line in Elk Grove.
In a non-title match that brought the crowd to their feet, World Champion Chris Cairo defeated Prince Mustafa Ali when Cairo came off the second rope and nailed the Prince with a "bum rush." One of the memorable moments came when Cairo picked up the dazed Prince and set him into his shopping cart. Cairo then wheeling the cart around the venue with fans chest chopping the defenseless Ali. For the Poww Regional Title as well as the last spot in the number #1 contenders tournament, Regional champ Scott Spade and King Kanoa were disqualified by referee Parella. Parella called for the bell as both wrestlers pushed, shoved and knocked the ref down. Spade retains the Regional Title but both men are eliminated from the the tournament. The show ended with Commissioner Master J announcing Spade and Kanoa will meet for the last time for the Regional title next week in Elk Grove.
