The nights opening match was a Poww Royal where the winner receives a spot in the upcoming King of the Royals May 16. Matt Mayhem won this contest when he eliminated the Galactic Grappler. Mr Ricolo interviewed Mayhem after the match only to be interrupted by M.O.B. member Justin James. James after dissing Mayhem and the fans announced Mayhem will be facing Psychotic Jimmy Blaze in a match.
Matt Mayhem gets pinned after a Blaze flatliner while the M.O.B. James, Blanchard, Black Iron and Robert Sabre were at ringside distracting the young rookie.
The Galactic Grappler, the alien from planet Armadar 7, was a victim of a bum rush in a non-title match with Poww World Champion Chris Cairo.
Justin James and Black Iron retained the tag titles over the Sinmates(Xcon/Dehok). Justin James the legal man was counted out of the ring as Con was pinning Black Iron. Tag titles do not change hands with the count-out.
The semi-final match for the number#1 contender to the Poww World Title saw The Great Malaki and Ruff Crossing go to a time limit draw. As Mr Ricolo was announcing Jimmy Blaze as the number one contender,Blaze walks out. Blaze tore into Crossing and Malaki patting himself on the back all the while and assured the fans he is the number#1 contender to the Poww World title. Blaze heading back to the locker room was interrupted by Commissioner Master J. The Master stated to Blaze he is not getting another "freebie" and will face Malaki and Crossing in a three way dance for the number #1 contendership to the Poww World Title in the final round next week in Fox Lake. The commish also stipulated that Malaki's entourage, Xavier Defaust and the Great Cheyenne, Nikki, Ruff's valet, cannot be at ringside as well as any member of the M.O.B.....Blaze walked away uttering...."if your playing with fire; your gonna get burned. ...dont forget my name is Blaze!!"
What does the Boss have up his sleeve? We will find out soon enough .
Scott Spade retained the Regional title over Kanoa. The end came with Kanoa going for the 'Lei d to Waste', took out the ref in the process. As Melanie Cruise and Kanoa tried to revive Parella, Spade hits the ace crusher on Kanoa taking down the ref again. Spade goes for the pin then gets attacked by Cruise. The regional champ then hits the ace crusher on Cruise. Kanoa then tries the 'Lei d to Waste' again but Spade quickly reverses it into another ace crusher. Ref Parella crawls over and makes the three count . Spade retains as the show ends.
