Sebastian Broadway w/The Foreign Exchange def. Rick Knight
"Rowdy" Roddy Piper came out to meet the fans. He told a few stories and a few jokes and put over Ricky Steamboat's son, who was making his Chicago debut. This brought out Johnny Mac who mocked Piper's famous kilt as a "Skirt". When asked what Piper wore under the skirt, Piper responded "your girlfriend's lipstick". Mac then tried to attack the hall of famer who threw a few punches and tossed Mac out of the ring, to the applause of the fans.

I don't know, but Roddy Piper said Steamboat was making his debut and I'll be damned if I was going to question "Hot Rod.".

Oak Lawn is not Chicago, neither is Joliet. with that said, yes Steamboat Jr. did work an IWA-MS show Prince Mustafa Ali def. Ricky Steamboat Jr. - Steamboat looked exactly like his famous father and delivered just as good of an armdrag as his dad as well. It is just a matter of time before he gets a chance with Vince or TNA. This was his third or fourth match I believe and you can see the talent that he possesses.

I assume that Buddy Roberts must live in the Chicago area as he made a rare appearance a few weeks ago when his son Buddy Jr. did his wrestling debut and was just at this show. Wonder why he was there. Was he schedule to appear? I watched him when I was growing up and am amazed at the impact that the Fabulous Freebirds made on pro wrestling guess I need to keep track on these posts to see where he will be next

Hats off to PCW for putting on a great evening of entertainment. Congrats to December on winning the Women's Title for a 3rd time. The Legendary Free Bird Buddy Roberts wasn't announced as being there before the show. It was an unscheduled surprise. He was a class act with the fans. He signed and took photos with anyone who asked. Local indy legend Frank "The Tank"Melson was also at ringside. Hot Rod was so great to all the fans. The PCW talent really put on a great show. It's a shame that some showed up to meet Piper and leave.
