I hope it's nice and sunny for this show.

Just noticed three other AAW stars are booked for another promotion nearby that night. You think they'll gunsling like Punk used to do back in the old days and work both shows?

The fact that AAW--a fed known for their dollar beers, hot ladies, wild violent barbed-wire brawls, the occasional use of foul language, implicit endorsement of homosexuality (Eastman, Corbin, Cruz), and the random gyrations of Krotch--is even playing a church is ROFL-inducing.
Now that I've spelled all this out, I expect somebody from PWN to use the old indy-style tactic of "anonymous phone calls" to get this show kicked out of the church. I hope it won't happen, but I'm not stupid.
Does this church even have a clue what they're getting themselves into? Or are they making AAW tone it down for this show?
I'm dumbfounded. Is IWA-MS playing a synagogue next? That would make Sox extra happy. Unless they book it on the Sabbath.

Is IWA-MS playing a synagogue next? That would make Sox extra happy. Unless they book it on the Sabbath. I think I can say a few words on this one. As far as the feel of the building is concerned, it definitely isn't what you would expect. I find it to be almost as perfect as you can get for an indy wrestling show, though it isn't quite the same feel as the Eagles club. As far as I know (don't quote me on this, I only briefly met the guy from the church), he's well up to speed on everything. I believe that he stopped by the show on the 21st or at least had intentions to and if not, I would expect he was given the website URL or a DVD or something. The biggest challenge promoting this show will be convincing fans that a pro wrestling show at a church will be at all entertaining but when you step foot in this building and see for yourself what's going on, doubt will be erased.

Wow, Black is still in AAW. Why wouldn't he be? It seems like it's been quite a few shows since he's been on one.

I can not speak for evreyone in PWN but they are above doing that sort of thing. I am well aware that some posters on this board think PWN should have just folded up it's tents, sold out to AAW, and walked away. However, we didn't see it that way We have our own things to worry about like PWN Severed Ties show on sept. 12th. I will promise that there will be no interference from PWN with the AAW show on Sept. 12th.
