 The 4th Anniversary Celebration for SHIMMER - WOMEN ATHLETES is now completely SOLD OUT. For ticket holders, the event is this Sunday, November 8th 2009, at the Berwyn Eagles Club, 6309 26th Street, in Berwyn, IL. Bell time is 2pm. Doors open at 1pm. Volumes 27 and 28 of the SHIMMER DVD series will be filmed during the course of the event. The post-show afterparty is open to all, and begins immediately after the tapings in Berwyn conclude (approximately 8:30pm). The afterparty is at 39TEN Lounge, 3910 S. Harlem Avenue, in Lyons, IL. The afterparty is open to all ages until midnight. After midnight, it is 21 and over. 39TEN is just 2.3 miles from the Berwyn Eagles Club. For out of the area fans who are used to heading to our previous afterparty location, to get to 39TEN, all you have to do is head a bit further west down Ogden Avenue, make a left on Harlem Avenue, and you're there! 39TEN is very close to several local motels, including the Presidential Inn (3922 S. Harlem Avenue in Lyons, IL), which is literally next door to 39TEN, for those who don't want to drive to a motel from the afterparty. It is only 2.1 miles from the Rodeway Inn in Lyons. 39TEN will be fully staffed for the post-SHIMMER festivities, with a full liquor bar, as well as food prepared by Fabulous Freddies Italian Eatery, which is attached to 39TEN. We switched the date due to TNA running house shows in this region the original weekend we were looking at in late October.

I just realized TNA may be booking SHIMMER talent for their house shows. If they weren't, I would be telling Prazak to take TNA on head-to-head.
EDIT: As of today, the Sears Centre has the TNA show posted on their site, but TNA doesn't have it on theirs. Some company.

We decided it would be better to run in November with Kong, Melissa, Stock, Daffney, and Ashley, rather than run in October without access to any of them, and head to head with TNA shows in the area.

A few of the women are sidelined from this one due to injuries (namely Lexie, Daizee, and Madison). Daizee said she plans on still being there as her newest student will be debuting on SPARKLE. I've heard the arm isn't broke, but she has a concussion. No word yet, but don't come expecting her to work. Those things shouldn't be messed with.
EDIT: Saw the tix left. Don't expect to buy one at the door at this rate, either.
