PL Myers, still wearing a neck brace after the Butcher put him through a table at Dream Night, called out the Chicago Connection. He ran them down for not coming to his aid and made it clear they needed to win tonight to remain within the Connection.

After the match, Joe taunted Steve saying that their mom had said it was OK not to give him another title shot at the Midwest belt.

HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE
FATAL FOUR WAY ELIMINATION MATCH
SHAWN DAVIS(c) vs JAROD PRIEST vs BUTCHER vs JAY PHOENIX

The first man eliminated was JAROD PRIEST by the Butcher. Priest then hit a codebreaker on the Butcher, causing him to stumble back into a Phoenix bomb by Jay Phoenix. The BUTCHER was eliminated. Later, both Phoenix and Davis were down on the mat, when PL Myers (despite his earlier speech) rushed to the apron to distract Lou Tufano. This let Body Count get in the ring and hit the TOE TAG (double inverted springboard suplex) on Davis. They then put Phoenix on top of Davis giving him the three count. However before the official ruling, Tufano's fellow referees hit the ring and explained what happened. Tufano re-started the match and banned the Connection from ringside. Phoenix hit several power moves but was unable to pin Davis. When picking him up for the Phoenix bomb, Davis ended up rolling up Jay for the three count.

As a weary Shawn Davis celebrated his win, Jean-Paul Basse stormed the ring and hit his standing spinebuster on the champ. He then told Davis that he deserved to be champion and that Shawn would "know where to find him."
