Ox Baker is coming to Chicago. Saturday, Nov. 7 Ethyls Bar 2600 S. Wentworth Ave. Chicago, IL 60616 Noon til 4pm
Ox will be there selling t shirts, movies, etc. Autographed pics will be $7 Your pics autographed $5
Last time he posed for pictures at no charge. He should do the same again. Should be a lot of fun again. Ox's manager in the WWA Handsome Johnny Starr is scheduled to appear as well. They have not seen each other in 30-35 years.

I hope there are plenty of minorities in attendance. Ox loves the minorities. Ask him about the birthday party he left because the family was black.....oh and he never gave them back the money

Who is going to see Ox Baker/Johnny Starr? Joey, you may disagree with some of the things Ox Baker has done but he ALWAYS gave a hell of an interview & had great matches. Johnny Starr was a great bump man similar to Heenan in his prime who also had great interviews.

I'd love to go and meet Ox Baker. Unfortunately I'll be working in the day and will be attending DREAMWAVE in LaSalle at night. Wish Baker would have chosen another time.

btw, regarding the piece about the Chicago promotion, I forgot to mention Wilbur Snyder who also owned the WWA. Big omission on my part!.
