The new year started with a 10 bell salute to the late Dr. Death Steve Williams.
In the first match of the night, Scott Spade beat Hunter Paine with an ace crusher.
Ramon Rodriguez won a King of the Royals qualifying match against Black Iron. Trevor Blanchard appeared during the match and had his sights set on Black Iron. As both men were fighting on the ring apron, Blanchard came by and using the bat of Black Iron, swept the leg out of Black Iron causing him to hit the floor thus giving the win to Ramon. Afterwords, Blanchard retreated to the dressing room, unharmed.
The Great Malaki w/Cheyenne and the Sinmates beat Donnie Dynamite. Dynamite didn't stand a chance here as he was overpowered by the tag champs during the match. Later , after the match, the beaten Dynamite was carried off by the Sinmates.
In a non-title match, The Sinmates beat Wild Mayhem. Mikey Wild, tired of Matt Mayhem and his love for the suds, nailed Mayhem with his beer pail.
Just recently signed by the WWE, the 6'6' 285lb Apollo, and Pauly Thomaselli fought all the way back to the locker room in this double DQ slugfest.
Brandon Bishop retained the Poww World Title when he pinned Psychotic Jimmy Blaze. After the match, Vito Thomaselli charged the ring and beat down Blaze using a steel chair. Thomaselli left Blaze in the ring lying in a pool of blood.
