NWA LUCHA CHICAGO will make their anticipated debut this upcoming February 19, 2010 at the Piertport bussines park located at 1935 N. Narragansett. The show will start at 8 pm and the doors will open at 7 pm. To crown the first ever NWA LUCHA CHICAGO CHAMPION (No Tournament need) Former 3 times (TRIPLE) World Champion MR. 450 Hammet vs Steve Boz who is with out a doubt the number one independent wrestler in the Midwest. If that last part was true, then not only would no tournament need, but no match would need either. Ribbing aside, it's nice to see a show in Chicago proper (albeit barely), so I'm hoping you do well. |

Breaking News! The Sheik just won the NWA North American Heavyweight championship defeating The Great Apollo this past Sunday night in Florida. The Sheik currently holds three different championships: NWA FLORIDA Belt, NWA Midwest Championship and now the North American title.... Mr. 450 Hammet was crown the first NWA Lucha Chicago Champion defeating Steve Boz in a magnific technical match.
The Sheik retain his NWA North American Crown defeating El Rebelde Noriega by DQ in what turned out to be harcore brawl inside and outside the ring.
The Soulz Toucha's made their NWA debut in Chicago, by defeating superstars Victorious Secrets in one of the best matches of the evening.
In a High flying Lucha Style Match, Galli Mega Stars Tigre and Golden Star won by DQ when Venum and Funebre brought chairs to the ring and starting beating their opponents....
The team of Two Sweet: Joey Marx & (Negrotistico) Bryce Benjamin defeated, Galli Champion Chilango And Young Superstar Jak Ferrik when Chilango deserted Ferrik duo to the fact that Chilango's manager Sanela kept showing more interest in the well being of Ferrik in the ring and outside than Chilango's.
Billy Starr defeated Valentino in another lucha/techincal match.
Notes:
NWA Lucha Chicago debut's show was a success. Full house at the WAR arena is a great way to start.
The Sheik's match against Noriega was awesome (old school) Steve Boz and Hammet put a clinic of both high flying and techinal wresting. Soul Toucha'z are superstars (should I say more about them...No Need)
The Victorious Secret got an incredible crowd reaction...this team of Pro wrestlers and entertainers are the best kept secret in Chicago...(Not for long)
